Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Escondido CA

I went to dine in 2/22/23 around 6: 30pm and I had the worse experience and customer service I don’t understand why you have two employees working there that clearly don’t like working for Popeyes I tried to put in my order and the young teen female in the front was not even interested in taking my order she asked for help when another employee came to help they both stared at each other and laughed don’t know why hire two female teenagers that seem not to want to work and give a good customer service the CEO should go inspect this place and fire them asap one looks Hispanic and the other looks Cacatian as all other employees were so busy this two young lady’s were just staring around doing nothing to help their fellow coworkers as around the time I went in got busy management needs to rethink of who they hire I would no return I think I will definitely start to go over at Hot Dave’s chicken after so many years having Popeyes as my favorite place

They always seem to always get my order wrong. I ordered the chicken combo and was even asked what side I would want by the time I got home from a busy day it’s a chicken sandwich which was not what I ordered. If they herd me wrong and thought I asked for a chicken sandwich they wouldn’t of asked me what side order I wanted. I usually love Popeyes but it can get a bit pricey for me so when I do get it I expect to get the right order

My chicken sandwich was good. Had a large mashed potato that was listed for $3.30 and overcharged $4.59. That isnt even close. C'mon

No to bad of a wait, but food wasn't as good as I remember it. Fries were soft, chicken wasn't even cut into pieces, and I had to go back in to get my dipping sauce that they forgot to give me.

Order accuracy is god awful. I enjoy the food but they can never seem to get simple orders right. There are better places to eat that can actually get orders right, I would rather spend my money there than this establishment. Shame since the food is decent, but it’s not worth the hassle of getting my order wrong half the time.

Apparently the 11 piece tenders is a "better deal" because they just give you tiny pieces. These were the 11 tenders I got, and 5 of them are rock hard. Whoever is running the store, needs to make sure the night shift is throwing out the old tenders and checking the size of them.

Would not recommend this location at all!

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich which had old, dry chicken and an even older/dryer bun. Barely any spicy sauce and the chicken smelled like tuna. Whoever runs this store obviously does not care about serving fresh food. Even my Mac and cheese was cold.

Worst customer service of any Popeyes I've ever been to. Ck order before you leave & be grateful/surprised if it is what you wanted & they weren't out of coleslaw or forget your biscuit again! Cannot seem to get the brand name's tarter sauce like other Popeye's (for your shrimp), either! Franchise honestly needs to correct this location's attitudes & practices so as not to damage the brand name any further than they have already!
