Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Fresno CA

04/25/2022 4: 55pm Manager and staff fighting over the price of a tackle box that clearly shows it's $6 with a drink on their poster outside, manager insists it's $7 and wouldn't give the customer ahead of me a drink. They proceeded to fight in front of all the customers waiting. I left, this place is terrible. Too bad Popeye's chicken is really good, but their staff needs more training especially the managers. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Oh! And also, I was gonna order chicken sandwich but they said it's not available because they weren't able to thaw any. This place should just shut down.

Best Popeyes in fresno. Fresh food. Biscuits are deliciously buttery. Didn't have any or their pastries but everything else was good

I absolutely love coming here starting from there respectful and friendly cashier Rita to her manager Darnell made sure that our satisfaction was very important to them unfortunately they were all out of the chicken sandwiches but there cashier kindly let us know as we entered with sincere apologies so i asked of any promotions and i couldn't keep up as she spoke of what is and she didn't mind to clarify or repeat I'm a frequent visitor and I've seen these to ready to accommodate us GIVE THEM A RAISE! For during my visit i seen a customer be extremely rude to them because there EBT transaction declined not once but twice which she has no control over

The worst place ever. Hire new people, clean that place up. And make sure orders are correct. The customer service was awful.

I have been to this location numerous times and each time I am so impressed with how friendly and attentive all employees are and how clean it is. Today Arthur went above and beyond to assist customers by serving and assisting a customer with a broken foot at her car and by hurrying to open and hold the door for a customer carrying their baby. I usually never have to wait long to order and the food is always hot and delicious. The staff here are doing an excellent job.

THIS RESTAURANT DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE OPEN PERIOD! They never have enough food, they're constantly on a revolving door with staff, unless you're the first person there when the door first opens (expect to wait 20 min) for your order! That's including any delivery service! Last visit I had to leave because the cashier didn't acknowledge I was waiting to order after 10 minutes, no matter how much I tried to get her attention. The time before that the manager was making the chicken himself and complaining the whole time. A girl left because they forgot to make her order and she was on her lunch. This restaurant needs a visit from corporate to whip them into shape. I will never go back again!

I’m normally very understanding and patient but this is the second time I have a bad experience at this location. I was in line for 30 minutes and once it was my turn to order the person would just walk away without saying anything I guess he was off so then comes one of the managers and I tell him what I want again and same thing happens. I guess they needed to make a shift change but didn’t even communicate to me about it just completely ignored me. Not only were they slow but their shift manager told everyone to just not come from 4-5 because we would have to wait. Very unprofessional this place needs a visit from corporate.

Order 2 chickens sandwich during my lunch break. Front lady didn’t have change. Waited for over 15-20 minutes and front lady gave my order to someone else. Then I was told to wait again. Asked for my refund and had to wait again because all of their heads are up their A**. Sauce Yep sauce is extra. Never coming back to this HOOD Popeyes.
Nothing but crackhead in this place.

Don’t waste your time.
Manager didn’t even try to help!
And they where not even Busy.just slow and NOT prepare! Next time just stay close and do everyone a favor.

Food taste good but the wait is always super long. Everytime for the past 5-6 times it’s about 30mins wait. The workers here are hectic and argue to with each other while working. They forget items from time to time so make sure to make your bag before you leave. If you have time to wait then come here. Overall, it’s not horrible just super long wait and check your food before you leave

Great atmosphere in a location like Fresno number one never miss. Popeyes thank you very much.

Food was great but management treats staff horribly and upper management is blatantly hooking up with lower Management on work time

Excellent customer service from cashier Allie. Also my order was ready in a timely manner and very fresh. Will definitely be returning.

We waited five minutes for them to take our order while they stayed there just talking to each other like if we didn’t exist! Booo

Wait was forever do to fryer going down thats fine no problem but by the time i got my familys dinner it was practically cold leaving the restaurant & cold within the ten minutes it took to get home. Fries are saugy chicken overcooked only item i actually liked was the dam biscuit. The employees were pleasantly ok though. Doubt I'll be back to this popeyes.

Slow service and they had to ask me my order not my name which I gave them. Just to sort out the food that just came up.

Been coming here for a while and recently the service has really gone up. It's been friendly and everything has gone smoothly! I've been in and out with exactly what I want! Keep it up

No star if possible, ordered 5 pieces tender got 3 pieces no sauce, also order 3 pieces chicken combo with fries no fries

Establishment said the opened yet the door was locked. Then I sat in my car and someone came to the door to opened it came outside then went back in. So I then proceed to go inside. The dining are was closed to public, but employees had their breakfast on the tables.probably why they weren't open. I ordered a chicken sandwich which was extremely cold like the got the bun out of the freezer. I wasn't happy. Won't be returning.
