IVE NEVER SEEN A FOOD ESTABLISHMENT THAT HAS SUCH MISERABLE UNFRIENDLY EMPLOYEES. THEY SHOULD BE HAPPY THEY EVEN HAVE A JOB. MY SECOND COMPLAINT IS THE PRICE FOR THE SMALL AMOUNT OF FOOD YOU GET. THIS IS THE SAME PRICE AS TAKING YOUR FAMILY OUT TO A SIT DOWN DINNER. DONT DARE ASK FOR A SAUCE. ITS. 25

Greasy and did not feel well. Tasted great so maybe good someone else. Portion were small $14 but if you like it than cool

My go to spot after work for 2 years but after today never again. Worst attitude and rude! She clearly didn’t want to take my order by the tone of her voice. And when she gave me my food literally I almost drop the thing. If you don’t want to work there then don’t work. Count your blessing you got a job. Just because you have a bad don’t give you the right to ruin others. Clearly she needs to be review and have some sort of supervision because never will I order from there again as long as she works there.

This location is very clean and the sandwich was very fresh compared to the last one I had in Sacramento. Friendly staff as well, thank you

The food was good. I went through the drive-through, and it took a while, but I think it was the people in front of me taking a while.

The food is excellent, however the service is very slow. I could see perhaps few employees, that can be improved.

I had to wait an additional 6 min for my strawberry biscuits which was fine, but when I got hm I was missing a few things & i ordered nuggets & got strips! Nothing like spending $40 to feed 2 people & 1 person doesn't get their full order! I had to share mine.

Very disorganized. Our order was wrong. Didn't have time to report it. Won't be back.

They messed up my order completely tonight. I asked for my sandwich to be plain. Obviously they couldn't do that. I will never go back there. Not hard to leave everything off.

They would not allow dine in. Due to lack of employees. I ordered food and they had me sit in the parking lot to wait for the food.

People are nice enough but sooooooooo sloooooow. Alway have to wait in the parking lot for drive up order because it’s not ready (single order). Sad because I really like Popeyes, just not this location.

A great chicken local, both classic and spicy are very good. Service at the location I went to was pretty bad; gave me wrong change TWICE, and my lone sandwich took about 15-20 min.

Manager was quite rude to employees, The lady seemed to be on one cause Jesus Christ she like to yell.

Ordered combo meal at drive-thru. I asked if I got a choice of side and they told me I ordered macaroni and cheese which never came out of my mouth, which they switched for me. After I had my received my food and drove away I realized there was no napkins or fork or spoon in the bag. Little difficult to eat mashed potatoes and gravy with no silverware and fried chicken with not a single napkin. At least they put a straw in the bag. I guess it's on me for not checking or making sure to ask for those extra items

As always food was delicious and service was very kind but there was a sleeping bag tucked in a corner of the building alongside the drive thru as I was driving up to the window for my food. Restaurant either didn't see it or doesn't care?

The food was great. Service.the person who was taking my order was nice, but the store manager abruptly kept interrupting over the headset while I was placing the order. She kept on rushing me. I felt bad for the employee because I don't want to imagine how the work environment is at the place.
