7Don't do it. They literally never have any food cooked. My husband loves Popeyes, but we rarely eat it. I have stopped here maybe 3 times and each time I've had to wait for them to cook the chicken. Trust me. Stay away. They tell you the wait is 8 minutes, but it's more like 25.
The food is almost always cooked right. Always crispy with the correct amount of spice, if you prefer the spicy chicken. The sides are always good. They are generally very generous with their chicken tenders, and you will usually find one or two extra tenders, depending on a 3 or 5 piece meal.
Started in the drive through at 8: 55pm. Employees had no idea what we ordered when we got to the window. Finally got our food at 9: 33pm. We watched 4 cars leave behind us but we were in too deep.
Personally wouldn’t recommend. The service is always super slow. They’ll close the dining room randomly. Once the cashier at the window forgot to give me back my credit card. I noticed and called for two straight days with no answer but I had the time drive to the location and ask was it there. It was.
Not Happy, I ordered 8 pcs. Chicken only. When I got home and opened the box. I found 4 wings, 2 legs, 1 thigh, 1 breast. For $ 28.00 I was very disappointed. What a rip-off.
Customer service is cool. You can just tell when people don't care lol
The app lost our order, but the team at this store was so kind and got us taken care of right away. I can't recall the man at the front counter's name, it started with an S, he was really amazing and helped us out right away and apologized for the app not transmitting the order over.
