Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen reviews
14I have visited this place a few times when in town visiting relatives. The food is mediocre and the staff very rude. Never again. There are many other places with good service and good food available.
It’s not just this Popeyes but their chicken wings are really ghost wings. They never have them!
This place is ran terribly. Slowest drive through in the county, stressed out employees, just horrible vibes. Good sandwich though
Atmosphere is hard to write when there's really nobody there. The young man at the counter was exceptionally polite and extremely helpful. We do order from here about once a month and so far it is always been quite nice. I have the app on my phone so I pre-order from the app and by the time I walk through the door my order is hot and ready to come home.
Very good chicken sandwich, first time having it from Popeyes. I say it competes with the competitors.
I could taste the seasoning. Pretty bland. I have tried different places through the years and it seems there is less and less flavor to the food. Employees are cordial and we were there less than 5 minutes when it was my turn (walk in) on low peak time.
DONT GO HERE! Literally the worst drive thru I've ever been through. I made the mistake of giving this business a second chance and made a huge mistake. It takes 45 minutes to get thru a 5 car drive thru. Each car takes nearly 15 minutes to get their food. Unacceptable. I won't be giving you another chance nor will any of my friends or neighbors. Get it together.
Ordered 2 combos in the drive though, got home to find that the biscuits were missing. Dangit!
They have good chicken sandwiches that's the only reason I went 2 star. At 920 PM 2/21/2020 I went to get 5 chicken tender comb. Their chicken was cold, no cajun fries, and only warm water bottles. I was really disappointed.
On June 4th 2023 I received the ghost pepper wings completely raw. The bone was bleeding and meet red. Do not eat here you will get salmonella.
Food is usually good. Service needs to be better. No reason to roll your eyes at someone for saying no mayo, host name says Sunny, unfortunately couldn’t confirm that was actually who rolled their eyes at me. And maybe finish your conversations when there’s no guests to be helped
This is a little far from our house and there are a few Popeyes near our home, but this one only makes perfect fries.
Recently remodeled location. Food is much more expensive than it used to be (what isn't?) but as an occasional treat for good chicken, it's still doable.
Popeyes has been on their game lately. I appreciate being told that they are still cooking and wait might be longer. Ultimately the wait didn't feel that long and the food we got was hot and fresh.
The cashier was very cheerful. Update: 8/30/22. The staff was very friendly and efficient. This Popeyes location is the only one we frequent. We have been other locations in San Diego and Las Vegas, none can match the service my family received here.
