Manager delivered food to my car. She tossed it at my face and turned her back and walked away as it the parking lot ground.

She acted like a complete psychopath harassing my partner and holding my car door. Tried to bribe us with additional sides only.

She's trying to see how much she can get away with.

What's disturbing is that there's other reviews (Fadi) from a month prior highlighting the same behavior.

Police report filed.

They asked me to park and wait for the order. She tossed the food at me and it didn’t even make it in the car as she turned around walks away.

Grossly disreputable eye rolling and childish behavior.

I went in to ask for the manager’s info and she said she is the manager. She continued to give a nasty attitude.

This is the restaurant I always go because close to my house. Food always is cold or missing. I never get what I pay.

Walked in, service was fast. Food was till hot when I got home. I gave him 4 stars only because I didn’t get spicy chicken when I order half regular and half spicy. Will till go there.

I would have never gave them even one star but that's the only way I could make a comment they gave me dried chicken with the feathers fried with the wings.

Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches drive thru, was asked to wait in a side parking spot while they prepare. 20 mins later I go inside and they had no idea who I was and I could hear staff talking that they didn't even start my order and waited another 10 minutes. I love the chicken sandwiches here and hope they figure out this issue.

Fried chicken is good but on the small size. Biscuits, fries and Mac &cheese are good. Service is disjointed, it can be slow.

Disappointed with this place few times already. Took 30 mins to get my food after it was said 15min. Told to wait and 2 other cars that was waiting after I was first, got theirs, they said it was lost somewhere in the chaos. Most likely will not be coming back unfortunately

Ordered 8 strips as a combo meal in drive thru It should come with 4 biscuits and large fries. Drove 15 minutes home. No biscuits. Called number on receipt no answer several times and the mailbox is not accepting messages. Paid $30+ for 8 small strips and fries. Sucky service all around.

They messed up a Drive thru order of 5 sandwiches and 2 combos meals #1.pretty easy. The "manager" Tia whatever name is rude, has an attitude and just overall getto. Threw the food on hand delivery, forgot 2 drinks and a sandwich. And hung the phone up when we called to let them know they messed up.
Definitely Zero customer service.

The African American manger was rude and the chicken was dry / the fries were old maybe over 45 min holding.
I called to get a refund and she hung up and never apologized

Terrible! From management to cashier. Chairs were missing bottom of the legs. The original manager lady must not have liked us much. She calls my coworker up then leaves her register to swap with an even more aggravated and rude employee. He then stands at the cash register as if my coworker was supposed to just start making an order. They then discuss how we were "just standing there". This comment would have been enough to get a rude response but I'm on lunch break at work so it's let go. The guy then looks the other way calls me up and ask what I'd like. When I give him my order it turns out he hasn't even printed the recipt for the previous order he has not finished. My coworker asks for his receipt and the cashier answers "you can take it. " Literally refusing to hand a customer their receipt. This employee is clearly in need of new work as they have no desire to do anything their job is requiring. We leave after my food was given out as if it was part of the previous customers order. Once I returned to work I found that my meal was 100% incorrect. Not much of a surprise they couldn't do their jobs correctly. Honestly look at the other reviews and understand that thus business DOES NOT WANT YOUR MONEY! I'd say try another Popeyes but this seems to be a common theme with these establishments.

Ordered the spicy Chicken had to wait because they ran out. That's okay it was fresh and hot, hot, hot.

Went to the drive thru, placed an order for 2 chicken sandwiches, mac, and a drink. Over 30 minutes waiting for 2 cars ahead of me. Then I'm informed oh sorry we don't actually have any mac. Took another 5 minutes to get just the sandwiches and drink. Will not be going back. Also the soda was watered down.

Terrible. Spent 50 dollars for 3 meals and got 3 small bags of cold fries with meals luckily their chicken is good when it's cold gotta love inflation!

Probably the worst customer service I have ever seen at a pickup window. I don't think it can possibly get worse than this.

Popeye's is very good. When you crave a Cajun fix, this location makes a very consistent product. The chicken itself, is on the small side. The taste is wonderful.

Disgusting chicken and small portions to the point that I was questioning if this was actually chicken. The guy who gave me the food was creepy and was acting weird. Save your money and don’t go there!
