Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen reviews
17Just want to give y'all a heads up before you order the mac and cheese, it's garbage super over cooked pasta and the cheese is gross. Other than that the rest of the food is pretty good
I'll start by saying the staff was friendly and they were definitely an EOE business. Despite the fact that they had mental and physical limitations, they still chose to be apart of the workforce. Any job that involves contact with the public will test you at some point. I think it takes streangth to put yourself out there knowing you're vulnerable. I also commend Popeyes for giving this segment of society a chance. Then again they might not've had a choice since nobody seems to want to work anymore. I respect these people a lot more than all the lazy people sitting at home eating bon bons on the couch and collecting a check for nothing.
Unfortunately, they weren't trained on the fryer. Shrimp was undercooked and the coating was raw and runny inside. So gross I almost yaked. I typically never send food back unless I absolutely need to. I feel there's more opportunity for something worse to be done with it so I just left. I draw the line at raw food. All their good will is now lost because the place is dead to me. I think it's crucial to have all employees trained and ready to go. There needs to be improvement from management in this area. I do like their attempts of inclusion but they have to be better. Raw food is dangerous.
I love this place. Food is always great. Price is fair. And the employees are very welcoming. Keep up that great smiles on your faces. Thank you for all that you do.
Ordered a family tenders meal. The coleslaw sauce tasted like pickles and yogurt. The fries were rubbery. The tenders had bones (someone else will get my tenders since I got their original). Ruined my appetite and my desire to return to this establishment. Wishing for a ‘Zero’ star rating.
Horrible service! Not just made me wait for 30 minutes they gave me the wrong orden. BAD MANAGEMENT!
We ordered 3 combo meals. Two of them they didn't give us fries and the extra sauces we paid for. We ordered a half an hour ahead and they still weren't ready for almost 45 minutes. Very disappointing. Check your meals before you leave
Fast workers great service. Very clean and the workers were so nice when it came to my order.
They have no atmosphere, but sometimes they get the chicken right if you don't mind waiting. Don't go at peak meal times. They can be short staffed in the evening.
Came in 1 hr before closing and they stopped cooking chicken already. We didn't get what we like but nice enough to accommodate us.
A little dirty and the chicken comes out a little Orange color compared to other Popeyes chicken
Rich desserts, also chicken and biquets. I liked the taste of the salad, the puree is very rich and the mac&chees is super.personally I love the spacy chicken sandwich uffff I recommend everything is delicious, the Serbian was great cigars friendly and helpful young people
Smells good and always hits the spot also red beans and rice is the best same with popcorn shrimp.
I paid $30 plus to not be able to receive all the items from my order. I ordered the family feast and only received 2 fri 4chicken pieces instead of 6 and also forgot to put our mashed potatoes and our main course the chicken sandwiches. In store pick up experience was horrible employees weren’t showing any empathy when I mentioned we don’t live in the area as we were just passing though the town. Employees seemed so careless.
After waiting 20 minutes, I went up to the cashier asking how much longer it would be. He asked another employee who clearly was disinterested talking to another customer that seemed to be his friend and he said “I already gave it out. ” Clearly we had no food and were not given an alternative solution. We ended up having to ask for a refund ourselves and had to leave with no food.
Got a family meal. The chicken was OK, good crunch but real small pieces.
They gave us mash potatoes instead of macaroni n cheese. No butter for the potatoes we didn't want or for the biskits.
Won't be back
The Cajun dads are delicious and spicy sandwiches except that sometimes the chicken is a little dry and the service I have not had very good experiences because I ordered to pick up and I am waiting in line for a long time I have had to tell them to give me my order there is it ready because they don't ask, apparently they are very busy making the orders
We had the blackened chicken (excellent recipe) and chicken sandwiches. The food was very tasty as usual. The sea ones fries are also very tasty.
We did wait a while and many customers that came after us got their orders first. Probably because of the cook time on the blackened chicken. The order was also not filled correctly, but we were tired and hungry and didn't want to wait longer.
They did not give us all the fries we ordered, So we shared what we got.
