I've been to this Popeyes branch several times, and I can't help but express my frustration. Despite the lack of customers in both the dine-in and drive-thru, it seems this location consistently struggles to get orders right. I've rarely received my order complete, properly cooked, or without missing items. It's baffling, considering the lack of business here.

Normally the chicken is seasoned well and juicy but this last time I went the chicken was dry.

Its sucked, they didn't have enough chicken so they gave me some dried up nasty looking left over pieces.never going back.

Very bad service customer ask the chicken fresh they get bad attitude the customer he have the right to ask for a fresh or chicken not cold chicken why they cashier they get mad when you ask them for a fresh chicken or hot chicken very mean people work over there

Food never disappoints! Utvtge Chicken strips have been a little dry lately. Overall, a great place to eat and enjoy.

Service was slow considering only had 3 customers ahead of me (8min). But the chicken was freshly cooked. Not microwaved. No complain

smelled very fresh as expected. Will come back again.

If you plan to dine in, be prepared to wait because it takes a while. Use the drive thru instead. Food is great, dine in service is kind of slow, and they don't repeat what you ordered to make sure your order is correct. Also, I know it's hot out, but I feel like they purposely set the temperature inside to freezing because it was very cold.

There spicy chicken sandwich is spicy and good. The chicken is no joke. Real chicken. No patties here.

I like near by! I love me some Popeyes. But this is the 2’d time I’ve ate here and ended up sick for a week with a stomach virus. Eating the chicken on the bone! Something isn’t right with this.

I am lucky. I never have any problem with this location. Chicken is always nice, warm, and crispy. Great service every time. Workers with gray shirts, i assumed are managers, always kinds and helpful.

Food was cold and spicy chicken sandwich was to spicy to eat, and I like a good spicy chicken sandwich

They always forget to give u something or they give u mild instead of spicy thinking ur not gonna notice I don't like to be rude but we go thru the drive thru to not get of our car but everytime I have to get off bcuz of something. I ask for alot of hot sauce n they put me 2 in the bag I always get 2 to 4 combos is not like im spending 5 bucks

The manager she’s very mean she forgot my costalw and I asked her for extra hot sauce she refuse To gave me my order over 55$ and I try call the store she keep hung up me very bad service this 1.45 pm to day

Didn't care for the atmosphere or the service the food was mediocre at best I'll come to this restaurant because it's the closest to my house The one I used to like to go to was the one off Brookhurst and katella

The chicken is excellent on the other hand the service. I may have had bad luck, but the person who served me was very haughty and not very patient.too bad
