16Their prices on their big screen are different from their cash register. They are hoping you don't notice the price difference. The 24 wings are actually $5 more than advertised.
Terrible service, I have visited this place 3 times, once they gave me wrong change, another day they gave me wrong food and today I arrived at 9pm and they told me that the dining room was already closed and through drive thru the woman who served me told me They only had bone-in chicken, they hadn't changed the fryer and they didn't have food to sell I still can't believe it, it was 9: 15pm. I would never return again. Horrible experience
Seems to be understaffed. Took forever just to order, not to mention actually waiting for the food. When i did get it, the tenders were cold.
This location always gives me issues everytime I show up they forget food items EVERY TIME. I always have to double back for items I paid for. Now i just check before driving off which they also give attitude for. Also I went through the drive thru 12/02/23 and I wasn't even greeted for 15mins before saying hello and an employee rudely states that they are busy and continues to ignore me in the drive thru. I ended up leaving without ordering. I've come here multiple times as it is my local Popeyes, but this Popeyes has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. One can only compare it to an actual rude restaurant where the employees are paid to be rude. I went another night a while ago and the store was completely empty inside and I still had to wait at the drive thru for 20mins just for the employee to tell me they ran out of most the food items and that they were about to close soon which was another 30mins before closing so why didn't he feel the need to tell me almost an hour before closing they weren't making any more food. You could literally tell he was purposely trying to take the last orders excruciatingly slow. He made me say my order at least 5 times and kept saying hold on and still forgot multiple items. I doubt he got to the person behind me, it was laughable.
They should close the door if they are closing early than the usual time and not wait until someone's order and not tell them after that they only do take out.
This popeyes never has what I want always says there out, what kind of business is this or is it just discrimination?
Every time I try to come and order food they are always out, the service needs improvement here and the wait is long. If they ever want to sell this franchise I might know someone who can buy it.
At 8: pm they didn't have chicken sandwich or anything other than what they had ready. They were more worried about cleaning then customers.
This was one of my worse experience I’ve ever had. DO NOT ORDER THRU UBER! First time we ordered a free item was offered and we were told to cancel the whole order as they didn’t have it anymore but since they had accepted the order they were going to charge us the full price for canceling. It took so long for them to cancel it on their end and then for us to reorder without the free item. Second time ordering the pick up Uber took 30 minutes just waiting for the order. We received the order and we got the wrong sandwiches, missing combos, my son’s kids meal only had one tender instead of the 4 and it was cold. Uber would only refund us $2 out of $40.
Always excellent food but this site needs to improve. Compared to other locations in San Diego this by far is the slowest, not so friendly, not on time, have-to-nag for your order Popeye's which is such a turnoff that it is enough to consider going elsewhere for fried chicken.if they improve with the CSR and not focus entirely on the delivery orders am sure they'd get 5 stars from everyone.
Every time I go here something is wrong. This time the drive thru was broken. Chicken was cold. It has gotten way too expensive.
Bad service. Still waiting for my order. They cancel an online order while waiting. They did not have enough chicken or other foot items to complete many orders.
The best worker in that place is Roonisha m goodrun she was the best the manager was nice.a lil bit that gril Roonisha m goodrun she was in the navy she was a better manager and she has better skills than anyone who work there
Horrific service, great food.
My order has been horrendously wrong the last 3 times I've ordered from this place. Ranging from missing items, to items completely wrong, this restaurant should not continue to take deliveries with how horrific their service is.
The delicious food what I like the most are the breaded shrimp and the delicious coleslaw I recommend it
They're slow and the manager is a bit rude.
Edit: I went back two weeks later, same workers I rocognized everyone but the services was x10 better. I got my food fast, the chicken was better, the put the right amount of ingredientes. They did a whole 360 in 2 weeks, round of applause!
