Ordered 5 piece tender platter. 1 side was missing.too bad i checked it when i reached home.paid morw for nothing.

How do you have a computer taking the orders and I had to still park and wait 20 mins for 2 chicken sandwiches and a Mac and cheese no meals just that. A computer takes the orders and they still can't get the orders out fast terrible and they didn't give me the sauce I asked for a fork for my mac and cheese cool I'll just eat it with my hands I guess.

It was empty when I walked in with my baby to grab my online order. Staff was friendly as they could be with a quick 'hi' & 'bye'. The food was fresh & warm even though I was running late by 10 mins, it was delicious as well.

Unfortunately, it seems to have upset my stomach, I've only experienced this 1 other time years ago at a different fast food place. This was the only thing I ate today, so I know it was the food. Not saying staff is to blame, just mentioning it. I may not return to this location due to this one instance:/

You get to order with a robot while there are 3 humans inside standing around waiting to make food. No thanks to Popeyes.

If possible 0 stars worst locations had me waiting after paying on drive thru for almost 30 min while handling all customers after me. Will never give this brand my money again.

Good chicken. Could have better sides and options to substitute. More expensive than real home style chicken. Be cheaper to make at home.

Its no were newr closing time and they couldn't give me all classics on my family meal this lication needs more workers that want to work not just close 1 hour before just so they can go home very disappointed.

This place has horrible service, whether you get it from drive thru or dine in. They seem to always forget something or they don't have certain things in their menu. They also need to train their staff. I hope with this new minimum wage increase they don't get one, because they definitely do not deserve it.

Went at 10: 12pm they dont close till 11p.m And the boy who answered said they had no sandwiches. I bet they just didn't want to drop any in the fryer so he could clean up and go home early.

Great food that doesn't get me sick like the San Bernardino location! I always go to this store because of that reason, and not once have I gotten food poisoning. Thank you! Love the spicy chicken sandwich and cajun fries! Can't forget the biscuits!

Everyone in this location needs help including the manager, worst service ever. I ordered a small side of gravy and it was less than half full I went to ask why it was so empty the cashier stated our store manager only let's us fill it this much due to inventory wth took almost 30 minutes to get our food to dine in worst service ever and the saddest thing was they weren't even busy.

The food is always great! When its busy its busy just have patience and your food will be delicious.

Went there today and it was so dirty in there and freaking hot! I couldn't stay there and eat my food it was so muggy and disgusting in there.the girl who rang me up looked miserable and irritated that I ordered food.will never go again!

The worst experience ever. Stood in line and no one came to take my order. The employees just stood in the back saw me standing and never helped.

This location has the absolute worst service ever. To the franchise owner, where are you hiring these people from? The workers here are rude and clearly dislike their jobs.

I guess after 9 they don’t have no money. Lady takes your order then tells you have to have exact change or debt card.
