Horrible customer service! You get ignored, order wrong and old food! And a simple request for dipping sauce is like pulling teeth.

I will always give Popeyes high ratings because I love the food and the service, with the exception of the gas station location on Murrieta Hot Springs road. I have never had a good experience with that place. The food isn't as fresh, even if they mange to get your order correct, which is rare. Last time I went, I was the only one in line and it took 30 minutes to get my food. This 5 star review is for the location near French Valley Airport.

So I was handed soda cups with a bunch of soda on the outside. I asked for a napkin and was told I would get some in the bags even though I needed it at this moment, the young man obviously didn't care. Now I need to clean out my cupholder. I requested for pickles on the side for a sandwich but didn't receive those either. I'm really disappointed in the service.

Ordered 8 piece meal and menu shows 2 breast, 2 wings, 2 legs and 2 thighs we got 1 thigh, 2 legs and 5 wings and 3 of the wings were over cooked. We ordered through Grub Hub which did a good job getting it to us quickly. I’m tired of this location and won’t be ordering from them anymore. They can’t even put utensils in the bags when you request them.

First time to eat at Popeyes, and realized why it's so popular! Ordered chicken tenders, breasts, wings and thighs, as well as popcorn shrimp. All delicious! Hot. Freshly cooked (not sitting all day). Chicken is moist, not greasy. Was given a variety of sauce choices, all delicious. Sides included cole slaw, mashed potatoes, red beans and rice, and biscuits came with it.and all were so good! Everything had its own flare to it, yet meets the palate when desiring such foods. Very pleasantly surprised! Clean establishment. Great service.

Went in at 3: 58 to surprisingly and empty parking lot and empty dining room. Which was surprising since I've seen lines all week since it opened. About 20 employees working when I ordered which impressed me when the food was out 30 seconds after. That should've warned me right away that the chicken was going to taste undercooked and taste like the oil! Fries were dried up like a desert, Mac n cheese was the most greasy oil slick bowl I've ever seen and the biscuit made me choke it was like a rock.
Unfortunately this entire time my BF was watching me eat because his order (which was placed right after me) was forgotten about 15 mins later. Meanwhile other customers came in placed their order and left. At 4: 16 they finally gave him his chicken sandwich only for it to be colder than if you left it sitting out for hours. Where did they find this the back rooms? He returned it and asked for a new one, politely, to which they made a fuss but said ok. At 4: 30 after I had already finished up my food, he gave up and just asked for a refund. MERCEDES the manager YELLED at us in front of the entire restaurant and other employees that "She was giving us a refund because HE DOESN'T WANT HIS FOOD. " No lady, this man is starving and depressed because we've been looking forward to this opening since it was announced. We don't have a lot going on in Menifee so we were hyped. If I had known I was going to spend $20 on the worst meal I've ever eaten I would've gone to Daves, Canes or Chick-fil-A to at least add some value for my buck.
But instead we got gas lit by MERCEDES that stated he came in NOT WANTING TO EAT. Like we just wanted to hangout in the lobby or? Anyways crazy boomer wasn't worth the effort to call her out or raise a stink although we had plenty to say and laugh about her in the car while we drove to Chick-fil-A and had a lovely meal where the employees treated us nicely and didn't yell at us.

So welcome to Popeyes where the food is overpriced gross oil slick yet dried up and the employees yell at the customers for wanting to eat.

Take the time to go to the new one on bundy. This place forgot our drinks, gave us old soggy fries, what seems like re-fried chicken just sloppy with sauce, so much so the bread was soaked. Looked like a sandwich from six months ago. I didn’t finish anything. Thirty bucks spent.

Good chicken sandwich and mac and cheese. People could be friendly although they weren't rude

I brought a coupon just came in the mail. They would not honor it. They said they couldn't find it on the computer. I drove originally to the murrieta popeyes and they closed down. Drove all the way to Winchester. They then said only participating popeyes and they were not one. So on the coupon sheet it said scan this to locate participating popeyes and their popeyes came up first. Basically they lied right to my face. Still would not honor coupon?

Foods good! Its relatively inexpensive and the staff is friendly, a lot of the saff were eating the food in the restaurant area.thats a good sign.

You place an order to get all items in the order. Do a better job of reading orders and making sure you’re not missing stuff. It’s unfair to pay for items you didn’t receive.

I order combo 4 3pc fried chicken, The menu usually includes a piece of chicken breast, a piece of chicken wing and a piece of chicken leg. But there are no chicken legs in it! They gave me two chicken breasts and one chicken wing, not the chicken legs I wanted! This is completely different from what’s on the menu! I wonder what they do with the chicken legs? Take it home and eat it yourself?

Can get a chicken sandwich anywhere, this is the only place with blackened ranch. Asked for sauce, come home, no sauce in the bag. This has happened at least 4 times. Mistakes happen but at this point it’s willfully bad service.

The tea was warm and I didn't get my full order. The chicken seemed much smaller than usual.

This is my 4th time at this location. Sat, I stopped in and the fries were super salty. All the other times everything was great. My grandson said his Mac in cheese was whack.
