Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, San Jose CA

The great location for a quick meal, this restaurant is now implementing a new possibly mandatory kiosk for ordering food which is very easy to use and is the first one I've ever used that dispenses a printed receipt directly. The restaurant manager was very polite and helpful when showing/introducing the ordering kiosks, I would definitely return as the location had fast and friendly service and the food was nice and hot.

Had the Blackened Chicken combo. Service was friendly, order was out fast, and it was hot and tasty.

Staff moves slowly, messed up my order 2/3 times. Then after spending $35 on 2 meals they want MORE money for any amount of sauces more than 2 smh. Overpriced and stingy. Won’t eat here again

Was 20min till closing and they didn't have spicy chicken or red beans and rice but I don't hold that against them because I empathize so I just act like they would want a good customer to act like and walked out with 5 pieces and Mac &cheese

Located right beside a weed dispensary I wouldn’t say that this is the ideal family atmosphere. Though we’re all here for the food, and that never disappoint.
Just take note on the level of service for this place and don’t expect anyone to greet you when you reach the counter, and always count your pieces before you walk out the door as they have a tendency to under count the ordered amount.

The cashier was new and really didn't understand the way the coupon work I was about to get flustered and then realized it was me so had ta check myself and after all that we was good too go got my food and thanked the young lady.

My favorite place, the staff is very friendly, everything is clean.and the chicken is very good.

The afternoon crew is good. The night crew is a circus the fat face tells you "sorry we have no chicken right now" to your face every night. They don't like to serve chicken past 8 PM here.

Well it was my first time and to be honest no I liked it a lot I felt the chicken very seasoned no I'm sure if that's your style

Service was top notch and fast. Food was hot. I like spicy and it wasn't spicy to me so that why 4 stars there but besides that amazing overall experience

Next door is a cannabis store There was a high or mentally ill guy at the back parking lot!

The Ghost Pepper Wings is perfectly cooked & it's on promotion for only $6! On my 2nd visit, the back parking smells.

Worst experience at a Popeyes EVER! Total of two customers in there, so not busy and it took over 20 minutes to receive two chicken sandwiches. Place was filthy, the two cashiers had the dirtiest shirts and messy demeanor with no customer service skills at all. The lady wondering around in the back was dismissive to me asking about the wait. There’s a weed dispensary attached to the Popeyes, which may explain why the place was dirty and everyone seemed stoned. To their credit the sandwich was good but the atmosphere and service left me with no appetite. Needless to say I won’t be going back to that pigsty again.

Costumer service 0 out of 10. Kids working there at night are on drugs. We need this place so shape it up please

The worst used to be good pieces of chicken used to be good fresh now they just give you just old chicken less food prices went up just sad I went in there and got four chicken sandwiches two sodas $40.every time I go in there different people work there just sad uniforms filthy never going back Chicken just sits there forever in the bends biscuits are hard as a rock!

Want to pick up a quick but tasty meal. Had been to this store before but prefer the one with a drive thru window.
Last time, got great chicken, great service. This time, the machine for frozen lemonade was broken, had trouble understanding my server and got quarters because they were out of dollar bills!
Still going back if I cannot get to the other store. Great chicken.

The place is very clean they have a cannabis store next door the is very good and the customer service personal are very efficient and nice.
