TERRIBLE.literally the worst job i’ve seen in my life.did the powders and the surface looks completely uneven for all ten nails cuz they used the wrong gel and they tried to blame me for not putting my hand in the lamp the whole time.had them to redo 7 nails but it didn’t help at all.
AND the girl who did my nails speaks absolutely 0 english, impossible to communicate with and she was so violent while she was removing the dead skin that one of my fingers still hurts 2 days later.
One star for the front desk girl being nice and 0 stars for everything else.never going back. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Kim went above and beyond for my gel pedicure. I had a fully split toenail and she EXACTLY how to reinforce it with gel-x extension so that it would heal and grow out without further damage! I totally appreciate her expertise, will definitely come back!

I visited Poppy Nail for the first time in early October. Best nails of my life! I got the hard gel manicure that included tips, which was pricier than regular acrylic but well worth it. The set lasted over 3 weeks and was the best shape and color I have ever had. On top of a stellar job, the entire team was very friendly and accommodating. I am absolutely going back and highly recommend them!

I always have wonderful experience at Poppy nails. They do such a great job with manicures and designs, and the venue looks very clean and beautiful thank you girls!

I did not know what I wanted I just needed my nails to look good. Poppy nails did me right! I want to say this manicure is flawless, and everyone I interacted with was extremely cool and kind. There were zero bad vibes in attendance during the hour I spent there.
I got a gel manicure and spent the rest of the day packing a suitcase, banging my hangs on things, peeling labels off of bottles and fishing around in bags and my nails still look amazing. This place is a gem and l’m looking forward to it being my go-to nail spot!

I had such a great experience today at Poppy Nails! Let me just start by saying they are a Russian nail salon and if you know anything about Russian women than you know they do not play when it comes to their nails. My nail tech Misoo was great, friendly, patient and kind. Our communication was perfect she is a true artist who takes pride in her work a real gem Rita the receptionist is phenomenal and will make sure you get exactly what you want. Thank you so much I will be back!

I started coming here after they opened up in my neighborhood. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The salon is very clean and cute. Kim has done my nails twice now and has done an incredible job. Poppy has been my go-to place lately and I look forward to coming back!

I’ve been looking for a good nail salon all over LA since I moved here (I’m pretty picky) and I finally found the one! The salon was clean and the chairs were very comfortable. Misoo did an excellent job on my nails and Angie did a great job on my toes. Definitely will be going back!

They somehow messed up regular nail polish. Not gel, not acrylics, not gelX, JUST nude nail polish. Multiple nails were wrinkled cause they put way too much polish on and when they tried to fix it the same thing happened. So I walked out of the salon with nails that looked like bee hives.

Please go elsewhere for your nails.

Always the best here. My gel lasts for 4+ weeks and the only reason I come back then is because my nails have gotten too long (no chipping!). Julia did an incredible job

Continually impressed everytime I come, this gel mani lasts the longest out of any gel manicure I've ever gotten! They do a very thorough and detailed job.

The worse nail job I’ve ever seen in my life! When you get a fill they charge you to take off old nail polish and any gems you may have on your nails. The technicians have no idea how to do nails. They attempted to charge me 190.00 for a pedicure and a fill. They charge for a manicure when you get a fill. Anyone who gets their nails done there, I feel sorry for you!

Highly recommend this place and Misoo (the artist who did the design in the photo) is amazing! Will definitely come here again.

I’ve been getting my nails done at Poppy for a couple months now and they do an amazing job every time. The staff is very attentive and friendly. I’ve gotten mani/pedis from several of the staff but a couple techs stand out. Misoo is the first technician I saw. She let me know that the gel x fill I had requested was damaging my nails. She recommended I get regular gel instead, which is a less expensive service. That kind of honesty and consideration goes a long way. Olga is also wonderful and incredibly detail-oriented. She was using the tiniest brush to paint near my cuticles to make sure it looked perfect. You really can’t go wrong with anyone here. Not only do they want your nails to look flawless, but they also care about the health of your nails. Poppy will be my regular nail salon!

I'm so happy with my French acrylics! Meru paid such close attention to detail and they came out so beautiful!

Misuu was my mail technician and was so lovely and accommodating. She was gentile and caring, and brought so much heart to her art. The front office staff scheduled me in for a last minute drop in and were also so kind. I’ll definitely be coming back when I am back in town!

Absolutely loved my first time at Poppy Nails and will definitely be a regular customer! The atmosphere was so cute and clean. Every employee was so kind and accommodating- they really take care of you and offer all kinds of beverages upon arrival. I loved my nail tech Misoo, she was the sweetest and did a wonderful job. I got a clear sparkle color and asked for four coats and she happily did it for me. Highly highly recommend!
