Had the best buying car experience last week at Porsche Livermore. Grateful to have met Billy Bi. He is the most welcome salesman I've ever met in 30 years as a car buyer.
Since, I'm an out-of-state buyer and our only way to communicate is over the phone. Billy has been answers to all my questions and requests before I arrived at the dealership. He even answers all my text on his day off. That is called "great customer services". Furthermore, he's making sure my car is well prepped, cleaned, washed & detailed before she goes on the truck to be shipped. Such an amazing salesman, very attention to detail. All I can say is I'm very please for this stress-free experience and best of all "I came as a stranger and leave as friends". Keep up the good work Billy!

I took my Porsche to Livermore Porsche for service and had a fantastic experience! Kayla and the rest of the service team were professional, respectful, courteous and prompt. Not only did they take care of my service work but they even replaced a failed part, installed by another party, for free! What a stark difference from the experiences that I have had with my local Porsche dealership. I will be bringing my three Porsches to Livermore Porsche from now on.

Very nice dealership. Although, when making arrangements for a purchase, Panos asked for a sizable down payment to get an allocation.

I asked if it guaranteed that I would eventually get the Cayman GTS he responded,

" I can't guarantee that another ship is not going to sink with your car on it"

Okay Panos.

Visited Porsche of Livermore last week and had the pleasure of being helped by Billy. He was great. Encouraged me to test drive a few different cars. He was very patient and new the answers to all my detailed questions. He went beyond the call of duty and made my purchase of a Porsche Macan a great experience. I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with Porsche Livermore, specifically with an amazing sales associate, Panos. It has been a true pleasure to work with Panos, and what started as a request for more information on a car that felt far far out of reach has lead me to putting down a deposit on this car of my literal dreams! Throughout the process, Panos has been extremely knowledgeable, professional, and was truly interested and working in my best interest, to do everything in his power to make my dream car a reality, and keeping me informed the whole time. My experience has been nothing short of amazing, and that word may get thrown around a lot, but in this case, it's an understatement. From the bottom of my heart, thank you Panos, for making a decades long dream come true for me!

Went to Porsche Livermore last weekend and had a really enjoyable time and smooth buying process thanks to Billy Bi, my wonderful dealer! Billy is super knowledgeable and professional. He took time to fully understand my needs and preferences. He was very patient and helpful in explaining different features of the car to me as a new driver. Every staff here is also very nice. Finally I got my first Macan and I love it! ;)

Porsche of Livermore sold me a dangerous, defective Panamera S E Hybrid which had High Voltage Battery Thermal Management issues that were ineffectively addressed, then failed to disclose the material defects which affect the safety, reliability and desirability of the vehicle. When the vehicle experienced catastrophic failure at high speed in heavy traffic after putting less than 12,000 miles on it and was rendered completely undrivable, Porsche of Livermore and Porsche Cars of North America both falsely claimed the High Voltage Battery was out of warranty. They then claimed the repair is over $27,000 and can only be completed by a dealership. This dealership should be avoided.

I bought a car from Billy and Jessica and he was very diligent and patient while answering all my questions. He made sure that I feel comfortable and did not rush me to take a decision.
I have visited 10+ dealers in Bay area and livermore has been the best because of Billy and Jessica.

I felt obligated to write this review because of how helpful and accommedating they have been throughout the whole process of purchasing our '23 Porsche Macan. Our sales rep (JR) Helped us from beginning to end with so much patience and knowledge. Not once did he pressure us into purchasing. We visited a few Porsche dealerships around the bay area and they Livermore has the largest fleet of vehicles to choose from. Imo, STAY AWAY from Porsche of walnut creek. They lied to us about not being able to secure the spec we were looking for, while also pressuring us to purchase a low optioned vehicle claiming that it was close to fully loaded. They also sat us down and "looked through their database" for about 45 min claiming that there was not a single Macan S white exterior/black interior in CA. After researching online the exact vehicle we were looking for was at livermore Porsche all along.
After revisiting JR, we hashed out a great deal and the process was so smooth and efficient. JR helped us from beginning to end and even took time to explain EVERY SINGLE FEATURE in our new car before we drove home. Honestly, just go to Porsche Livermore. You won't be disappointed.

Great dealership! They did everything possible to make a deal that would work for us. Billy was super helpful, showed all car that we wanted to see and helped with choosing the right one. Recommended for sure!

I had a great experience with my car purchase. Panos was great in helping me spec the car and updating me on the ETA. Billy helped me during the pick up process. There were some follow ups after I picked up the car and Billy has been awesome in helping me with those follow ups. He is always available via text and updating me with the status on the parts that I am waiting for. 5 stars experience. Thank you guys!
