When you dream as a child that you will one day own a Porsche, the feeling you will have, the experience it will be, that’s what Porsche Ontario is. From my Salesman JB to the Finance Manager Michael to the General Manager Mark these people are Porsche. My experience was nothing short of everything I’d ever hoped for. A beautiful facility with top notch customer service full of professionals that are car people. I had been looking for a quite some time and my Salesman thought of me and text me the perfect car had come across the showroom floor. I rushed to the dealer and I went home with a beautiful perfect spec GT3 Touring. I’m beyond excited and can’t wait to make many memories with this beautiful piece of machinery.

JB made our Taycan purchase flawless from start to finish. He’s a consummate professional and frankly I wish I would have met him sooner. There was nothing we would change about the entire process and I’ve already recommended him to two friends who are Porsche drivers. Michael our finance person was great as well. We never felt pressed or “sold” anything.

Brandon in service department and Frank in sales department are by far the most professionals when it comes to making sure you feel welcomed…. Communication skills are well above average I would recommend you talk to both of them when entering Ontario Porsche! Excellent

They charge a 3% surcharge for service on your credit card without telling you. They have a small sign not readily visible, especially if you're first language is not English. We was charged without them telling me and had to go back in person to refund this credit card purchase and pay debit. A little dishonest in my opinion, as they should verbally tell you this, as this may sway some customer's decision to pay. 3% can be a lot if service for your car is in the $1000s. I guess they have to stay more profitable somehow. Giving a "cash discount" may sound more palatable than a "surcharge" but that may sound too cheap for Porsche clientele.

Wow! Jose “Smiley” Rodela… I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with working with Smiley. I took my car in for service and was immediately greeted on time for my appointment at the service drive and was welcomed by Smiley. He spent time explaining to me everything that was going to be serviced with my appointment and gave me a window of when the car would be done. Once I received the video from the tech I felt comfortable that I wasn’t being over sold. Thank you Smiley and Porsche Ontario

Update/Response: Mark - just to be perfectly clear, there was plenty of communication just false communication in that I was told that the car was sold at least 3 times only to find that it was still available on you website. And as far as me not providing address for taxes and shipping, I have a typed invoice (via text) from Porsche Ontario showing total cost including taxes, NY state sales tax, doc fees, etc. And following the invoice I asked if the deal was done and received “yes”. I then asked for wire instructions and had to call the next day because I received no response. I was only then told that the car was sold out from under us. You have the right person. I am just being told another story. Lastly, I want to say that the last salesperson I dealt with was great - he was responsive, helpful and honest. My complaints likely align to sales management. Tried to buy a car from them for 2 months. At first, no one even got back to us then we were told on 2 separate occasions that the car was sold. But that was not true. Then made a deal on the car and was told we were “done” (in writing). Called in the morning to arrange payment and was then told that they sold the car out from under us SHADY! Is this a real dealership? We are not in California so I am actually wondering if the entire website is fraudulent. Filed a complaint with Porsche NA. We have owned several Porsches and cannot understand how the brand would allow such display

The service dealer Brandon Hanson was exceptionally nice, he answered any questions I had the whole time I took my car in for service and was very attentive and gave me a discount on the final payment！

Stopped in to see the new 2024 Cayenne and Primo Garcia assisted me and was great. Thank you for the great service and I will be back in two weeks to order my new Porsche.

It was very welcoming to the dealership. Jose Martinez helped me a lot and I purchased a car right on the same day. He is very knowledgeable and helpful if you have questions. Also, he tried so hard to give me a great deal. Thank you so much for the nice deal.

Primo Garcia assisted me on a 911 Coupe. He was very knowledgeable, provided all information needed so I could make a decision. This was one of the best car purchase experiences that I’ve ever had!

Bought a new 2024 model from Patrick Posey, he was amazing and listened to what I was looking for. Found the perfect car for me and my family right before the end of the year. We would definitely take our friends and family back to him for future purchases! He made the buying process simple and easy, and it was the least stressful car purchase I have ever done at any dealer. I give Patrick and Porsche Ontario 5 stars across the board!

Hank in sales sucks, unprofessional, always hurry to leave. Didn’t complete delivery SOP like app connect. Tricked into using financing and buying useless accessory warranty.

Really disappointed. Came in with a mission to purchase, and test drove a Porsche Macan S that I heavily researched before stepping foot into the lot. Pros: dealership is nice/clean, car itself was nice. We were truly ready to purchase. Cons: the big ones. Our ambassador Jose M.was initially nice when showing the vehicles, but when it came time to making a deal, rubbed us all the wrong way multiple times. Brought up several reasons as to why the price was listed as such, which is fine- you have your side of the debate. But when we tried to negotiate even in the slightest, kept questioning our intellect by repeating the statement “I may have to write this out because I don’t think you understand” or “I am not sure you are able to comprehend what I am saying”. Strike 1 (and 2 when he said it again). As an attorney, I’m sure I comprehend this and more. It’s part of the negotiation on any deal. Nobody just accepts a price of a high end car without attempting to even try a deal negotiation. We ultimately made a cash offer (no loan, no lease- we will just buy) that was in the ballpark of the listed price. Jose immediately rejected it flat out without any explanation. Straight “no”. We had made our side of the case as to why we made that offer, and even requested that he speak to his sales manager, or ask if we could chat with them- the answer again “no”. Well then we are out. It wasn’t what was being said as much as how it was being said- the questioning of my intellect, and the absolute inflexibility without even letting us try to work out a deal with him or his manager, plus the increasing arrogance/attitude during the last part of the conversation that just got to me. Sorry- I don’t work like that (and I’m generally easy going).

We happily moved on over to Mercedes Benz (Fletcher Jones- highly recommend) and ended up paying more cash to outright purchase a higher class fully loaded SUV. Extremely happy with that purchase and thank the stars for letting me see the light. And you know what- it was because of the knowledge, the patience, and willingness to entertain our offers even in the least bit that made it happen at Mercedes. Will never be coming back to this Porsche dealership if this type of arrogant service is provided.

Our best Porsche Experience at Porsche Ontario….

My lease was maturing so I went to Porsche Ontario and ordered a car. Frank Cinco was a pleasure to work with, he made the ordering process easy and seamless from building the vehicle with me to setting it up upon pick up. Can’t wait to order my 911 Carrera S from Frank next year!

Porsche Ontario is the best place to buy your certified preowned Porsche. I had a great experience I got the deal I wanted on the Porsche Cayenne that I was originally looking at. They were very willing to work with me by matching other prices and helping me with a purchase that I needed.

My first Porsche Purchase

I visited several Porsche dealerships around my area before going to Porsche Ontario. Immediately we were greeted by Frank in the parking lot, he directed us to customer parking and began showing us all of the models and I fell in love with a 911 Carrera T. Upon entering the showroom to work on the pricing my boyfriend and I were introduced to the sales manager Puya and both he and Frank made my dream come true. The entire staff from sales to management and financing were extremely helpful and informative made the entire experience memorable and unforgettable. I highly recommend Frank Cinco and Porsche Ontario for your next Porsche purchase!
