I purchased my Porsche 911 Carrera from Sherman Sims a Sales Rep.at Riverside Porsche. Sherman is a very pleasant young man that treated my wife and I with upmost respect, we had to wait a few months to get our car and Sherman was keeping in contact with us and keeping us updated as to the car progress throughout the process of building the car. This was my second experience with Porsche Riverside having leased a 2020 Porsche 911 two years ago. That first experience was not totally positive especially for a prestigious brand like Porsche. As an owner of other high-end brands (from Ferrari to BMW to Mercedes to Tesla), I expect a VIP experience every time I walk into one of these dealerships. This second time with Porsche Riverside was much better and more in line with what the Porsche experience should be. I returned my 2020 Porsche 911 six months early, got money back, and got a new lease for a 2022 Porsche Taycan. The entire experience was seamless with Charlie Nguyen, especially from test driving the Taycan to getting the numbers to work out to our photos with the new Taycan! Honestly, if it weren't for Charlie's efforts, I would have just returned the 911 and walked out with the cashback instead of getting another Porsche. So, thank you, Charlie!

Tony at Porsche Riverside was awesome to work with. He helped me build and order my 2022 Taycan RWD vehicle. Tony was great at communicating with myself throughout the whole process and delivered a great customer service experience that made me very happy that I chose to buy my car from Porsche Riverside. An experience everyone rues turned pleasurable to say the least. Carlos Escobedo is an absolute joy. He knows all the features between the vehicles and can really help you make that important decision when on the fence between a few vehicles. I'd recommend him every time.

Went in looking for my next investment, but I ended up going with the Audi Q7 due to my need of a 3rd row. Mainly wanted to leave a a review because of how awesome and professional Tony was. When that time comes and my kids are old enough to drive themselves to school, I'll be giving him a call to place the order on my new chalk white 911.

I purchased a certified 2017 Targa 4S working with salesperson Sherman Sims. The process took close to two weeks with me starting and stopping consideration for the car. But ultimately we got it done thanks to a large degree to Sherman and Porsche Riverside sales management.

Porsche Riverside is 55 miles from where I live, 110 mile round trip. I was there three times including the last to complete the purchase. Buying from them was worth every one of the 330 miles I drove to and from to get the car I wanted.

They have the best SoCal selection of new and certified vehicles, their sales staff met my requirements both for my 2020 Audi A7 trade, and the deal on the Targa.

Buy what you want wherever you want but make sure you first visit Porsche Riverside.

We bought a 2022 Porsche Cayenne this month from Porsche Riverside. My husband and I are both very happy with the awesome service we received from both sales department as well as the finance department. He gave us all the information we needed about each car that we test drove and gave us time to decide without any pressure. He was very patient and stayed with us every step of the way. I bought a Maccan with 7000 miles from Walter Porsche Riverside and it was a really bad experience and end up the district manager has to get involved since it was that bad few months ago I noticed the black glass trim around one door it looks like something wrong with I didn't pay attention then I noticed the same thing around the doors I took the car to the dealer and they informed me that the car no longer under the warranty and since it's only cosmetic it's not cover and I spoke to Mike from service department he said they donot knowwhy some cacarcacars do that and he admits it happened to few other cars and he will try to get me a good well customer so i don't have to pay the cost of the repairs which is $1400.00 in one condition which i do service at the dealership in the amount of 1350.00
I called North America Porsche they offered 300.00 discount on the work then i got a call from sales manager at the dealership basically telling me we don't have a life warranty on the car very professional makes you not think of buying a Porsche again or at least not from Walter

I am speechless on the amount they try to charge you on simple things $900 for oil change, $1000 for a wheel alignment. I honestly wouldn't suggest another porche again to anyone after this experience. Even though I got it done by a porche certified mechanic it was way cheaper than taking it to this dealership, he charged me $300 for the alignment, $395 for the oil change. I'm finding this dealership to be no more than a rip off to get you to pay more money just because it's a porche. Never will I do business again with this porche dealership. At least make me feel like your not trying to rip me off.

Henry Quezada is the best service advisor ever.he is always professional, patient, Calm, listens and takes care of my needs, not forgetting his infectious smile so reassuring. Great service! More than 5 star.

Fantastic experience, really wanted the Macan GTS as an exceptional daily. Brandon Arevalo was always very cool, never pushy or any other typical dealer stereotype. I’ve dealt with a lot of dealers and this has been, by far, the easiest experience I’ve had to get out the door with a new vehicle. 11/10 would recommend to anybody looking to also get their first Porsche.

Just picked up my new car. Rob Owen was awesome. He assisted me with everything I needed to know about my new car. He had his team ready for me when I arrived and so there was no waiting. What a great experience! Then Alexis Trujillo took over and walked me through all the features of the car. With a car that has so many amazing features, I really needed someone to hand hold me through everything and get the car set up specifically for me. Alexis did his job great. There was no way I could have learned about the car without Alexis. The guys also indicated there are standing by in case I have any further questions. It was a real pleasure to work with these guys.

From the initial text and phone call to the delivery/pick up of my Porsche Taycan (6 month process), I was totally impressed with Sherman Sims’ professionalism and customer service focus.

Sherman is genuine, trustworthy, reliable and a hard worker with excellent follow through. It was a privilege to work with him during the process.
