6Not a very scenic location. This is the administrative building for the port.
Im for National City and the comunity wants to improve our park Pepper park but is not easy to do this because the commissioners don't help the community correctly
Very attractive building. The Port Authority Commissioners and staff were considerate and professional.
Park in dirt lot on left if no twice cats. Check in n pY $120 ^>/ escort when leaving follow truck route n use 8th st to get on freeway
There are real problems with their parking pay systems. It’s really not a good thing to have these faulty parking pay systems when good humble hard working country folks are just trying to learn more about America’s great naval history on a federal holiday.
A complete waste of time. Spend your time and money at Balboa Park and stay away from this tourist trap.
