13They stole 15$ from me when their online ordering didn't ask and defaulted me to a site across the state. Staff handled it professionally and politely told me that I'm screwed.

Good sandwiches, ok price. The service was slow today but to be fair, the staff were working on a platter when I ordered.
It was my first time here and I was impressed with the customer service! They were really busy that day so there was a line but it kept moving. I ordered a hot pastrami and a meatball sub for my wife and they were delicious! The macaroni salad was a bit too much on the ‘sweeter’ side but it was good. What I liked about the restaurant is that it was clean! The tables and the counters looked neat and clean despite the rush hour. I’ll definitely be back!

GREAT FOOD but worker was rude, just wanted to pick up a good sandwich for my daughters school lunch. It was finals day and asking for an All American was dreadfully painful for said worker to complete without attitude or stupid faces. Ridiculous
Rude staff every time I go in there the staff gets more and more rude the sandwiches are great but the horrible staff is no longer worth even subjecting myself to. Retrain your staff on manners and maybe you will regain business.
The hop was clean, the sandwich was good and the mac salad was a surprisingly good as well
I ordered online for pickup. Food was ready exactly when it said it would be. I was also thrilled that my special instructions were followed. Sometimes I do like corporate companies for this reason, accountability. In this town most of the time your order is all messed up and they don't even care. Very pleased today! Thank you!
If I could give this port of subs zero stars I would. Do not give them your money. Management treats their employees like absolute garbage and food tasted horrendous compared to other port of subs.
Managers are super unprofessional and rude. When lines are long they don’t care to help their crew. All while managers are just laughing and leave their employees to do everything.
I am very upset.just got off work.already had a free sandwich due to one mistake.called to get that remake. And then they make it with the wrong bread. Without even asking me if that's what I wanted. This is ridiculous. The old man in there was very rude. Didn't even care.
Way better than Subway. Everything just tastes better, the employees are polite, work quickly, and don't give you attitude about asking for extra onions.
They take bad customer service to the next level.
Ordered online at 11: 23. Pick up was promised at 11: 44. Over 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, food still wasn't ready for pick up, or even started to be made.
Asked to speak to manager. Staff refused to assist. And the shift manager said I had no right to be mad, that I hadn't waited that long and that "liars are fryers".
DO NOT use their online ordering service. EVER.
Will never go back.
