Me senti muito bem vivendo neste condomínio, sempre meus direitos respeitados e mesmo em tempo de pandemia eu tive todo suporte e apoio de todos Silvina sempre foi ativa e disposta a me dá suporte, os senhores que prestavam serviço são amáveis, o condomínio e tranquilo e eu agradeço muito por toda a ajuda.obrigada a todos.

I felt very good living in this condominium, always my rights respected and even in a time of pandemic I had all the support and support from everyone Silvina was always active and willing to give me support, the gentlemen who provided service are kind, the condominium is peaceful and I thank you very much for all the help.thank you all.

Onced lived here several years ago, It was a nice place but it had its flaws. My parents car was broken into while parked in the car ports, traffic can be a bit noisy with emergency vehicles passing by, and parking was a bit of a hassle. But overall I enjoyed living here and having good memories with family and friends who live around there. Management was also very nice as well and very caring.

I appreciate living at the portfolio cove apartments. The only thing is the parking for visitors. The maintenance staff is nice, the office staff is very kind and polite as well as business minded. All is well at the cove for me.

We have been here for4 years now and every time I complain about parking or other cars parking were they are not allowed to park I get loud at there are double standards here some tenant get away with think and others do not and I do not talk to any of the officers anymore I make my husband go up to the office I'm handicapped and you have only three parking stalls you need more thank you

I hope the owner or someone from the corporate read this review. The higher management needs to do something about the office staff specially Silvina. She is very rude and unprofessional towards the residents.she acts like she own the place and no one is above her! I don't know how long she's been a manager here but i don't think she was ready for this position. She needs more training on how to treat people and how to manage this place. We are paying a lot money for rent! We are not living here for free so i guess we deserve a good treatment.my review is based on our experience with Silvina otherwise the other staff members are very nice.we are moving out once our lease expires.

I've lived at Portofino Cove apartments for 1.5 years. The staff have always been very responsive if we've needed anything. Residents are friendly and haven't had any issues. Parking is tight, but is expected in older complexes. Quality of building is good. Sound from neighbors through the walls isn't common.

These apartments are awesome my friends it have it's own pool and gym just that the rent prices are in fact expensive:/

Management is horrible. SPECIFICALLY Silvina. She is such a fake person towards people and very UNPROFESSIONAL. Discriminates gay people and supports the discrimination. She picked on us the whole 3 years we lived here. We don't appreciate the fact that we do what we are asked yet get screwed over. She is now forcing us to leave our apartment by February 1st 2019 and we are now stuck in a much worse financial situation.

Love these apartments very clean. Staff is friendly Sylvina the manager is so helpful and kind makes you feel at home. Very quite neighborhood close to shops. Been here since February 2016 with my husband and 2 kiddos.

Good apartments, nice and friendly staff and very helpful especially the manager Silvina was an outstanding help during the process! Overall recommend to rent here.

Dont even try to rent here. They are racist especially againsed white people and they will make you waste your time and steal your money. They give you the run arounds too. And they have roaches. My family used to live there so i know. Our neighbors apartment was filthy and infested with roaches when i lived there as a kid. No ones ever said anything to her.
My mom is pissed they did this to us!

I just moved in here a couple of weeks ago. Erika helped me with my move-in. Management seems excellent. They were so kind and welcoming. They replaced my dishwasher and it looks perfect! I love the granite countertops and the way this place looks. It seems like they used good materials for the remodel. I love the maintenance team. They are always very friendly and say hello. Last I want to say that there are a lot of families here. I love that there are kids playing outside. My neighbors have all been very friendly. I look forward to getting to know more of them. I would definitely recommend Portofonk Cove to someone else. This place is awesome, and if you are thinking of taking a tour, get on down here and take one! I am not affiliated with the management company at all; just a happy resident. If you move in, I will give you a cup of sugar if you need it.:)

I have been living in this property 6 years now.nice place always clean and the management very nice and helpful always smile and friendly.

This is a wonderful community. It is hard for visitors to park, but that is the only issue I can think of. The office staff are very kind and communicative, maintenance requests are fulfilled very quickly, and you can tell that someone cares about the landscaping. My apartment has plenty of windows and a good cross breeze. The unit has a dishwasher and microwave included. The lot is big, so there are several laundry rooms, which is very convenient. It feels like a neighborhood, not an apartment complex. We love it.

Don't do it. No matter how tempted. Crime, bugs, scary neighbors and peeping Tom's. Management is intentionally blind to everything. Shame shame shame.

Overall its a nice place to live. The manager and staff are nice people. They work hard to keep the propety up they do a great job with the landscaping. The maintence team is fast and efficient. Parking is bad but most apartments have horrible psrking.

Maintenance is excellent & efficient. Propery is well maintained & office staff is very friendly & helpful
