Best apartment in Irvine. I lived here for a year and this apartment was perfect for my family. It is very quiet and well-managed. We had to leave because we had to move to different state but I really wish I could live here longer. The building is very new and clean. I think this apartment is one of very few complexes with elevator. The maintenance was always fast and professional. I would go back to this apartment if I ever go back to Irvine.

My girlfriend and I have lived at Portola Court for a little over a year now and love it! We love it so much we decided to transfer to a larger floor plan and commit to another year. The community is very quiet and well built. I am a heavy walker, and as far as I know have never had it be an issue for anyone below us. We also never hear any of our neighbors. As far as apartments go, this is pretty rare. At most communities you can hear your neighbors thumping around. We also appreciate that some of the three story buildings have elevators, which many communities reserve for the 4 story+ buildings, and that each home comes with a detached garage (built in shelving included).

Donald the community manager, and Sean the assistant manager have made our transfer process painless. They have both truly gone above and beyond to ensure we will be happy in our new home. I can be a pain in the butt sometimes, but they have never let their service falter. It is obvious that they both care about the happiness of their residents and take pride in their community.

We are looking forward to another year here, and would highly recommend anyone looking for a quiet community away from the bustle of the Spectrum area to check out Portola Court.

We are living here since 2017. The community is very quiet and clean. Nice people. The maintenance team is polite and professional. Lease office Mrs. Ceyda is always helper and always solution-oriented. She's the best. I think that just the the problem, EV car charge parking lots are occupied for a long time.

Portola Court has been our home for three plus years and it’s truly been a wonderful experience. The home interiors are beautiful as well as all of the amenity areas, pools, and grounds. We love working with Scott in the Portola Court office he’s tremendously knowledgeable and helpful. I also can’t say enough about the maintenance team. We’ve lived in the L model with attached garage, it’s pretty amazing! Definitely would recommend to family and friends.

I've had pleasure working with "Ceyda Tahincioglu" to find a proper apartment and move out from my current one where I had some noice issues with my upper floor neighbor.
Ceyda was patient and showed me all available units. She was knowledgeable, thoughtful and hard working. She was very detail oriented and gave great advice. My moving went smoothly. She was great to work with.
Most important to me, Ceyda was always honest with me about cons and pros of each apartment. She was always available and helpful and I always felt that she truly had my best interests at heart.
In future, if I ever decide to move, I will definitely contact Ceyda again. She's the BEST!

Far from the main city but if you like quite and away from loud enviromental sound, then this is the place

My fiancé and I just moved in a couple of weeks ago and our experience has been wonderful. The office staff is kind and the maintenance team is fast. We are looking forward to making memories in this beautiful place!

Now I am living her for months and it is FABULOUSLY AWESOME! Very peaceful and they staffs are kind and helpful!

Was literally turned down without anyone assisting us if apartments​ were available. One staff member told my fiance and I to go look elsewhere​.

This is my 4th Irvine company apartment and this one is the best. Not only is it new but the staff is great. From Lindsey and Amber in the office to Juan the maintenance man. They all made our move easy and were extremely helpful with all our needs. Love the apartment and our view.

Typical Irvine company. Everything is lovely, pool is nice, places are new, you die a little bit inside every time you visit.

Dogs are super loud all hours of the day and night, people bang on your door for no reason and some aggressive drivers for an apartment complex lot. First two months the brand new apartment was full of ants and crickets. Overall staff are nice but I get the feeling we could have done better elsewhere.
