Been here 2 weeks now and nice quiet community. Lots of areas to walk dogs around area and really clean from dog poop compared to other Irvine company apartments. Big spacious units too. Apartment is much better than spectrum area

Been here almost a year now and the staff both leasing and maintenance have always been kind, understanding, and supportive.
They are quick and efficient and always try to find a solution to things.
Rodrigo and his team always do a fantastic job with service requests and we enjoy living here.
