Portside Ventura Harbor is an absolute gem! I've attended several events at this property, and I'm always blown away by its beauty. The sunsets here are amazing and the Saturday markets are a must-visit.

Special shoutout to Autumn, the fantastic event coordinator! Her sweet demeanor, attention to detail, and specialty for creating memorable experiences truly stand out. Portside Ventura Harbor has become my go-to spot for good vibes, stunning views, and top-notch events. Highly recommend!

Views and maintenance crew are wonderful. The potential of this place, I’m sure will be reached, but it has been a complete let down and I feel I’ve been overpaying at a premium for about 3 years. The constant homelessness, thefts (I’ve lost 3 bikes and much more), loud construction, vacant amenities, outside people using our limited amenities and silent responses from management about said issues. 30% of the time we can’t park in our spot because management won’t address the parking issue they are well aware of (plenty of documentation). Also, one of our neighbors was cooking drugs and we weren’t notified until after they were gone and only because a neighbor informed us. We then asked management and no info was provided. Overpromised and underdelivered. So much hope for this year.

Although we have moved from here this place is wonderful! They have the very best staff and amazing amenities, please don't hesitate to live here you will love it!

The whole process was beyond easy and Autumn had amazing communication throughout the whole job, making it very easy to do my job. I love working for Portside and I can’t wait to continue my professional relationship with their company. Autumn at Portside does her job AMAZING. This review is for the Ventura Harbor Portside Team & Leadership Staff. We are so grateful for Clay, the assistant manager, for his exceptional service at Portside. From the beginning, Clay has gone above and beyond at every step, generously guiding us throughout our journey joining the community and living here at Portside. His enduring patience and consistent assistance significantly lightened the load of our search for a new place and some difficult decisions. Always available, he patiently toured us through various locations, answering our myriad of questions, until we discovered our perfect home. Beyond this, Clay and the Portside team played a pivotal role in our special wedding day, helping us secure the clubhouse and guest suite for a magical event.

Rachel, the manager at Portside, helped us with renewing our lease, and coming to our rescue with securing a last minute area for our wedding ceremony when hurricane winds threatened our event. She took us all over the community the morning of the wedding and got staff involved to try to help us and make it an unforgettable day. We could not have pulled it off without her! She has always showered us with love. Rachel has made countless positive changes here at Portside as it continues to grow! She cares about the people living here.

Autumn is amazing at organizing events and bringing the community together. She is approachable, warm, and helpful!

Freddy, Javier, and the maintenance crew have been there for us countless times! They are always lending a hand and fixing things around the community.

1 Star is too much! Stay as far away as you can from this (and from what I found online all Greystar properties. I'll preface this by saying the location was nice and maintenance team was fantastic. The short story they wouldn't deal with awful 2nd floor tenant, noise made it uninhabitable, it was documented and we provided it in emails to property management as they requested. We were told by other tenants when we were moving out that the couple in 2nd floor were well known by management as a problem and we were not the first casualty. We bought out our lease 3 months early paying over $7,000. That's not bad enough CA State law requires deposit balance be returned to tenant within 21 days of move out. This took over month and half. Now after having moved out May 21st they still owe us prorated rent and utilities. There is no confusion that we are owed the money as they confirmed that it is in their accounting system. It's been 3+ months and management has not been able to get us paid. Never seen such incompetence and inability to communicate. Found ongoing class action lawsuit against Greystar for failure to pay tenants after they have left. Just beware!

I have been living here at Portside for nearly 3 1/2 years. Not only do I love it but am so appreciative to Freddie, Javier and Julio especially. They have always been friendly, professional and responsive to all my maintenance needs.

Portside Maintenance team members are awesome. Recently the door lock was not working properly and Julio was near and he came over immediately to assist me, Julio noticed that the battery was running low and he replaced it right away.

Autumn is an amazing person. She always make sure you're comfortable and have everything you need. My wife and I love this girl.

I’ve been coming to the movie nights at Portside for months now. Ever since Autumn became the events coordinator, they’ve been getting bigger and better. I can’t wait to see what Portside Ventura Harbor becomes with Autumn working the events!

Pros:
- location! Beautiful, safe
- friendly neighbors
- maintenance staff are wonderful, I would invite them over for holidays I swear
- community events
- leasing office staff are pretty great
- love my unit
- amenities

Cons:
- hardly any storage, no garage… tough if you’re like me and have expensive bicycles (or other large toys)
- landscaping needs improvement
- primary retail spaces still empty

The maintenance crew at Portside is AMAZING! ALWAYS friendly, reliable and attentive. They go out of their way to assist and ensure I have everything I need, even when I didn’t put a maintenance request in. Thank you Javier, Freddy and Julio for making this a great place to live!

I called Julio late Friday night and he was quick and very helpful. He fixed my toilet very efficiently and couldn’t be more happier, Julio was very professional and kind. 5 stars!
