Poshmark is a company with completely non-existent customer service. Just look at all of these negative reviews and you'll see it for yourself! I would rate 0 stars if I could. I placed an order with a dishonest seller who would not cancel my order after multiple requests (@daphnebarfo is her username).

I didn't want the order to get shipped off the following day and after seeing the seller's dishonesty I asked for it to be canceled immediately because I did not want to do business with a dishonest deceptive person. Poshmark never helped me after my numerous attempts to contact them through social media of instagram, twitter, and their direct email addresses. They told me to keep contacting the seller and kept rerouting me back to the very person who would not even respond to me which is the seller! Then told me if my order does not ship out in 10 days to contact them when the whole point was to try and get the order canceled before it ships!

Do not use Poshmark or you will never see your money again!

Customer support is absolutely non existent. It is been 10 days since I initially contacted them about an order. ZERO response. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Scam! Read reviews before you get into it. Honest sellers cannot sell brand new items because of the added cost from Poshmark. However, scammer scam freely through Poshmark.
There is no Customer Service, whatsoever.it is just a bot.

Poshmark is a dishonest company. Many crooks find their way through Poshmark to rip off customers.
Let's review: CEO Manish Chandra, Co Founder Goutam Golwala, co founder Chetan Pungaliya. Last name has a RING to it.

Paid nearly $2k for a Max Mara coat. It was not in the condition described by the seller - with several moth eaten areas. Poshmark would not allow a return despite the seller’s description of “perfect” condition. Postmark’s response was that I should’ve asked the seller specific questions about the condition and that I could just re-posh the coat. The problem with that is I could not in good conscience sell it to someone else without disclosing the moth eaten areas.
I have escalated this to my credit card company and will never purchase or sell on their site again. I have also warned everyone I know that their customer service is non-existent and beware.

USPS lost my package and Poshmark is making me wait 30 DAYS for a refund in case it does show up! It was sent Priority Mail! Unacceptable, to I'm doing a bank charge back and contacting the Better Business Bureau. I have no choice. Buyers beware!

New Sellers Beware! As a new seller you have to purchase between a $210 minimum to $500 max Amex Gift card just to be activated. Then you have to get another gift card for $500 to just get a shipping label to ship. So that's $710 to $1000 just to "clean out your closet" What a ripoff.if you're just looking to clean out your closet and make a little profit DO NOT USE this company. You will regret it! I did!

Stay away from Poshmark. I ordered a Jersey as. Christmas present for my grandson and they took my money immediately and sent me a tracking number. Now two weeks later the tracking info has not been updated since 12/11 and that told me nothing. Now they say I can cancel if it has not shipped after 10 days and at 21 days they will cancel it. A week from Christmas and ow I have to go out and find a jersey. Had they told me this when I ordered I would not have used them. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Please buyers, I want you to know my experience with this company. It was very very bad, I do not advise you to buy anything, it is not responsible at all, do not buy anything here, this site is useless. Not at all, I still don't know where my money is.

I posted a pair of Alexander McQueen sneakers on Poshmark. I included a picture of the shoes, tags and Alexander McQueen box. They suspended my account and defamed my character by saying they're counterfeit. They're not. Poshmark didn't contact me. I found out when I tried to buy something. Their customer service is horrible.

When it comes to fashion, thrifting, and reselling or buying, Poshmark is the very worst at it. Every part of the app is awful. Luxury goods? More like beat up junk that is already 8 owners deep by the time it gets listed.

Fraudulent and inaccurate listings are the defining feature of what poshmark has to offer.

They set the bar so low it’s actually impressive - they dug a trench, threw it in and buried it 100 ft underground.

They are a bunch of crooks do not buy from these people they show you one thing send you something else it should be shut down and arrested this side is a scam all products are fakes

My payment was released against their policy and they responded by saying "reposh" it. I have not received a response from my last email (it's been 5 days). I have contested the charge on my credit card and put in a BBB complaint. Poshmark, you have lost another buyer, potentially more.
