Completely messed up my delivery, marked it as the wrong type and recipient got slammed with extra charges.

Two weeks ago I’d written a glowing review of this business explaining how their employees were their best asset. My family and friends used their services due to positive reviews online and word of mouth referrals. Today, however, we stopped by to send out some returns and use their notary services. The man at the counter was extremely rude and suggested we go elsewhere. Honestly, if one is prone to stupid and rude behavior, it would be best to find work in a capacity that isn’t customer-facing. Shame that one bad team member can turn customers to look elsewhere. We stopped by the UPS Store across the street and they were extremely helpful.

Its so nice at Postal Annex. The manager, John n his crew take extra steps to meet all your needs in mailing packages, getting your mail delievered there is so easy, plus having your own private mailbox! I wish i would of done this along time ago! No worry about having your packages stolen! Plus all the other items they sell like gifts, fantastic cards for birthdays n all other occasions. Its a family owned business n they are so helpful, they also fax, repair cell phones, make keys, let you know when your package will arrive n help you decide if you want to have insurance on your packages. I feel so welcomed the minute I walk thru their door! You will be so happy using Postal Annex instead of the post office for all your mail! When is the last time you felt welcomed at the post office? Hmmm?

Went in to get fingerprints for DOD. Turns out they can't actually do those, but the staff didn't know what they were doing and were happy to take my money anyway. Here's hoping their shipping is better than their fingerprinting.

This place is a hidden jewel! The employees are willing to help and really make you feel important when you walk in. In this kind of business it is so important to do things right, and I don't have a CLUE how to do most of it. Thanks you guys for making it easy. I will tell the people I know to come see you! ED

Exelente service, very efficient I've ordered business cards here and resently rented a mail box, staff is knowledgeable and helpful, I've never spend more than 5 minutes wait, I highly recommend.
