Great place to get my mail and packages delivered. The ladies that run this place are kind and a delight to be around.

This is the best PostalAnnex! In San Diego county! Both Ladies are wonderful and SUPER Helpful! If I could give them 10 Stars I would. I’m going to miss this specific location when I move.

Best postal office in town. Has everything you would expect, including live scan. What makes this place a 5star, is the store manager Jackie. She's super friendly and knows everyone.

I came in to get notary done. The two ladies were both able to notarize/witnessed for me. Super accommodating and pleasant to each person that walked in. This store exuded the neighborly vibe through and through for their community.excellent place to conduct business/home needs.

Needed a notary and walked in here on a Monday. Jackie went above and beyond to ensure our documents were correctly notarized. She even made sure we made the cutoff for FedEx overnight shipping. Overall a very positive experience!

Loved my experience at this location! We had passport photos done and notary! The female notary that took care of us stayed late and had phenomenal attention to detail! She was even able to recommend a better passport office to try and it worked! Super grateful for my experience here!

Jackie provided me with excellent customer service and empathy for my handicap. I am currently in physical rehab for a severely injured knee. She saw this and provided me with a seat do that I could rest my knee and fill out some necessary paperwork that I was at Postal Annex to get processed. I am very appreciative of her most excellent service and also how she expeditiously and courteously helped the other customers as I waited for assistance. She is fantastic. Yvonne came in and assisted with the customers and made sure that I was ok and had been helped it was a very brisk business going on but they helped all customers with a smile and great service! I WILL be returning there again.
