The lady out the counter was very rude. I asked her to scan a document. The document came out, super unaligned and she wouldn’t even try to fix. She had a very serious attitude

I came in for a live scan and it turns out they submitted my information wrong. I found out after contacting the DOJ since my report has been delayed. This placed charged me $79 which was more than other places. I regret coming here.
