This is for the live scan service: TERRIBLE, SKIP THIS PLACE!

If you are looking to get a live scan please skip this place. The clerk that is doing the live scan has no idea what she is doing. I clearly stated I needed a live scan for Immigration/Visa purposes, and she sent the wrong form with the incorrect information. I have previously done this procedure at two different live scan locations and they know exactly what I need when I state that the live scan is for a VISA application.

After emailing the DOJ, I returned to this place to speak to the clerk. She was not only unable to admit her mistake, she was irrational and disrespectful. She started getting agitated and screaming rudely when I calmly pointed out her mistake. To make matters worse, she had me speak on her phone to her brother who I suppose was his supervisor, as I was stating my claim she disrespectfully took the phone away from me and started to speak a foreign language. I found this to be very disrespectful and ABUSIVE. She kept repeating that I needed to pay ($57) again, as she kept expressing herself in a language I did not understand. I had to turn around and take my business elsewhere, as I realized I could never come to an understanding with someone that was so rude, flustered and illogical, especially when I was trying to resolve the issue in a calm manner.

Upon writing this review, I’ve found other reviews which express her rudeness and incompetence. If you are going to provide a service, first and foremost be respectful to your clients and secondly make sure you know what you are doing.

Please save yourself some time, there are many other places that specialize in live scanning and have way better customer service. This clerk has no respect for customers as her ego is more important.

THIEVES! The place is ripping off senior citizens and disabled people how dare you steal from poor people by unfair charges to ship to military im sure they would not like to know you are pocketing money stealing

Terrible experience with live scan.
Went I saw the prints were blurry and asked to redo she said no it’s green. I should have been cleared in 3 days but three weeks later I got an email that was denied. Not only were finger prints blurry but she wrote the wrong code and she wrote the wrong application title.

The form said I could go back there and redo it for free but they were all in Egypt. I called someone they told me I could go somewhere else and get paid back, by the time I got to the new place I called back to confirm and they said no.

I visited San Diego and needed to ship a couple of things back home (Illinois). I pre-packaged and stopped in for a label. The gentleman was very nice, but stated to ship the small box it would be 75-80 because of the distance. What he didn’t know is, I work in logistics and knew it wouldn’t be over $30 for FedEx or UPS. I made my own label and just had him print it for 1.00.
I would have been ripped off $60.00 had I not known. Very disappointing.

Best place for send packages and for postal services! The owner she is Herat helpful and kind! Also she is a happy girl! Made my day always don't forget about the employees! Super lovelies! Thanks guys

So recently moved back to South San Diego and found this place a nice place to use for making copies, the owner is still nice but I guess his relatives run the show now which leaves a lot to be desired. They charge $. 25 cents for a single copy, I wouldn't mind except their copier needs toner. My copies are in bad shape. Will find another place to take my business. My copy was done out of a good original form, can't show more due to privacy matters.

Great employees! They were extremely helpful and polite. The price is what got me. Cheapest they could ship my package was $45! UPS was $16. Same package.

I had a key made here which did not open the door. It was $7. I went back explaining the situation and asked for a newly cut key. The owners daughter said she didn't recognize the pattern, it looked like an old key and demanded a receipt of which I did not have. The gentleman who cut the key was there and verified that it made the purchase here but she insisted that she'd never seen the design. I stood there for 20 min while my husband located the bank transaction and sent it to me via txt and before I could show it to her she called me over to told me to choose another design all cheery as if she didn't just make a huge freaking deal out of a $7 purchase. For being the daughter of a small business owner you would think she would have some customer service sense. She did not.was rude and accusatory. I will never set foot in this store again. Buyer beware.
