10/10 customer service! Such a quick and easy experience. The best customer service I’ve received, I will definitely be only shipping things from out of here from now on!

I wanted to say a few things about this store…which are LONG OVERDUE. Every time I arrive they always greet me and my child like family! Whenever I need to mail something off or need a box they immediately help me modify and find the best size for my needs plus look up the best rates for me thru different carriers! I can also find gifts inside this location to mail along with my packages! I can’t stress enough on what life savers they are! Especially Emad, he is such a wonderful person to deal with! THANK YOU!

Very grateful for them. I have a P. O. Box here, which is a great deal and I do a lot of shipping with them. They treat you like family. Great environment & great service 11/10 if you ask me. Would recommended anyone. To make this clear the service is so good that I am writing this out of gratefulness to have them in the Neighborhood. Keep up the great work!

This is the best place for notary or any mail related topics. The staff is SUPER friendly and VERY knowledgeable. I will never stand in line at a Post Office with unfriendly staff again! If you need quick and friendly help, this is the place to go!

The owner is a wonderful person! I have something sent overseas that was rejected by the custom. He refunded the money back to me. Nowadays it is very rare to happen!

Cheerful friendly staff and no line when I went a little after 5pm last Wednesday. Had three packages I needed delivered by Sunday (Mother's Day) and asked the clerk for whatever rate/carrier he recommended with the instruction that the packages just needed to arrive by that Sunday. Paid for 2-day shipping for each (about $50 total) and it's now Monday and 0/3 have been delivered. Very disappointing. Not sure what happened but I don't think I'll be trusting them again with packages that need a timely delivery.

Nice people, but they don’t seem to know much about shipping. Didn’t know what a small flat rate box was and tried charging me 30% more for a regional box instead of a medium flat rate.

Went in to drop off 6 packages for USPS and they wanted to turn me away to Druggist…which Druggist person was at lunch. Not helpful and accommodating. I would recommend Druggist ovet this place

Dexter is amazing! Been going to him now for about 3 months and every time I walk in big smile on his face and always so welcoming! Don’t even bother going to UPS or normal post office. His service is amazing and he goes above and beyond to assist. UPS will charge you to tape close your package. Here they do it for you complementary and with no attitude. They are so happy to help and assist. I’ll never go anywhere else to drop off any packages!

My experience was excellent! I needed to mail my passport renewal and they went through it step-by-step to make sure everything was correct. I appreciated how they flagged the photo and check because it didn’t follow the requirements exactly. I highly recommend the Postal Annex for mailing out important documents and more!

Best customer service around. They know my name and mailbox number when I walk in and have my packages ready for me. I don’t even need a mailbox anymore but I keep renewing because I like them so much.
