Terrible customer service. Any questions you have regarding a shipment they helped you with they just tell you to call UPS or Fedex for help.

Inflated prices if I would have gone to the post office I would have paid half the price for more services offered at the post office. Not going to come back

I have used the Postal Annex on a number of occasions, and each time they have been courteous, professional, and helpful. Yesterday I was running late to complete a notarization, and they went out of their way to help me. I definitely recommend their services!

Unpleasant Experience at Postal Annex - Azusa, CA
I recently had an unfortunate experience at the Postal Annex located at 1171 E Alosta Ave, Azusa, CA 91702, and I felt compelled to share my thoughts here in a professional manner.
During my visit to the store, I encountered an issue with a gentleman behind the counter who I believe goes by the name Anush. The issue arose when he expressed reluctance to assist me with sending my package due to the size of the label affixed to it. Rather than offering a solution or providing guidance on potential alternatives, he suggested that I purchase a new set of labels, which would incur additional costs on my part.
In response to this request, I politely agreed, intending to address my concerns later and, if necessary, file a formal complaint. Anush's demeanor abruptly changed when I mentioned my intention to make a complaint. He refused to help me any further and even asked me to leave, suggesting that I conduct my business elsewhere. When I reiterated my intention to file a complaint, he dismissed it, saying, "Go ahead, nothing is going to happen. "
I found this response to be both unprofessional and discourteous, leaving me with a negative impression of the service provided at this particular Postal Annex location. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect respectful and courteous treatment, regardless of the circumstances. Anush's actions not only failed to meet this expectation but also cast a shadow over the reputation of the establishment.
In light of this regrettable experience, I have chosen to take my business elsewhere. Azusa offers numerous alternatives, and I see no reason to return to a place where customers are not valued and treated with care.
I trust that businesses should prioritize maintaining a welcoming and customer-centric environment. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for the management of this Postal Annex location to address the issue promptly and ensure that future customers do not encounter similar treatment.

The absolute best printing, fax, scanning, mailing business in San Gabriel valley! Jinesh and his staff are knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. The business offers every service I have needed live scan, notary, copy with professionalism unmatched. This is a fantastic store and business. Keep up your great service

Bad experience and bad service. I went to have my fingerprints taken because the IHSS requires it to work with them and I had to pay 85 dollars in this place. The fingerprints did not go well because the only employee who claims to be the manager did not want to repeat the fingerprints that went wrong. He sent the prints as they came out and a few days later they called me from the IHSS that they were not well and that I had to repeat them at no cost in the same place. When I went back, the manager charged me 8 more dollars and they went wrong again. I told him to repeat them and he was very rude claiming that he knew what he was doing since he had done it thousands of times before. This had never happened to me because my prints always come out well. I asked him to speak to his superior and he practically refused, asking me to leave because it was time to close the store, he didn't even want to give me information on where to call to present my complaint. I have been searching the internet and the only number that appears is the same as his store and obviously he is the only one who can answer because there is only him. Appalling! A fraud! I don't recommend it one bit. At first he seemed very kind and when I asked him if he could try again he told me that this was not his job and that the problem was my fingerprints. Don't be scammed by this person.

Great customer service. Excellent person Jinesh is. He always knows what I need and help me out with smiling face. Highly recommended.

Stay far away. I believe it was the owner manager, who was incompetent and rude. He really thinks he is the king of the place, and customers are his underlings, begging him for help. He took and wrong order, and forced me to pay for the copy any how.want to charge me again for the right order, then promptly drove me out refusing service. I told him, it is all showing up in the review. He acted like he is immune to bad reviews. So, take your own chances. You want to deal with a king size ego and pay for the store's mistakes, try this one.

The staff is extremely professional! The efficiency is high! The photography skills are excellent! I highly recommend this shop!

Had to get a LiveScan. This place was perfect. Jinesh Vora was quick, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Jinesh the manager just wants to make money. He overcharges and rushes through each customer. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I highly recommend PostalAnnex of Azusa! Shawn and the rest of team are very professional and helpful. Shawn was able to save me 1,000 dollars for my missing cpap machine. Shawn was able to track it down when all else seem to fail. I am so glad I used them and I would recommend them to everyone.

Very nice place to go. Very friendly and service was fast but thorough and detail-oriented. Prices were stated upfront.

Ridiculous price for printing $1 per page. 10 cents per page in the Azusa library. The Staff was extremely rude to my pregnant wife, they helped five people before us and would repeatedly ask us to move away in a rudely manner. Never coming back again

BEWARE! They charged me OVER DOUBLE the price FedEx charges on 2 boxes, They can charge whatever they want at Postal Annex stores. Ripped off a 70 year old women from out of state. SHAME, SHAME! On you! I won't be able to pay my bills this month!
