DON’T BOOK WITH THEM! HORRIBLE SERVICE. The supposed “ Man in Charge “ Edward which I was told his name was is the rudest person you will ever meet he has 0 people skills and looks like he clearly hates his job which I can’t understand why he is still there when the facility has really large doors for him to just walk straight out of it’s a real shame the hall is extremely beautiful but never will I ever spend another dollar in this facility, came here yelling at the staff I hired when I say yelling I mean yelling saying no balloons allowed so here I come and say I’m sorry but this wasn’t disclosed to me when I booked the hall that I couldn’t have balloons for my one year olds party (who doesn’t have balloons for their events) the balloons were not helium balloons and were pre assembled so there was going to be no balloon out of place I asked him to show me where it stated no balloons and he said he “ didn’t have to show me anything it’s his place it’s his rules and he will shut the whole thing down “ I will never understand why someone in their right mind could ever put a person like him in charge not even as a last resort should he have been considered an option for the position. Such a angry and bitter soul he has hopefully he realizes soon that this job is not for him and leaves so people can start enjoying the really beautiful hall

Super unprofessional and rude they don’t go over the dos and donts of the contact with their customers and the day of go off on people for the most insignificant thing that WAS NOT DISCUSSED WHEN SIGNING THE CONTRACT! Who doesn’t have balloons for a one year olds birthday party let me point out that they DID NOT HAVE HELIUM and were already assembled prior to them being brought to the hall Edward was yelling at the renters and being completely unreasonable… look for another hall people don’t waste your money here
