4 Great experience, really helpful staff. I don't know if it was because we shop all day and delt with all sorts of sales people and just was burned out at the end of it but me and the wife felt at ease with the associate at Pottery Barn. An we did not come to terms at 1st with what they had in stock, she made suggestion and we were open to looking on line to making a special order, that way we both got what we wanted.
Now that's done, thank goodness.
I returned an item and apparently they do not refund shipping fees. Even though the purchase I made was shipping “free” I’ve spent two days calling and emailing some many people from customer service. No one is helpful nor do they care to make their customers happy. Customer service is horrible
Great stuff, very chic, but extremely overpriced. I'd pay $150 for a nice wine bottle opener, saw one in here for $380! YIKES!
I find the cutest thing ever here! I love this store great deals and wonderful staff! Great costumer service!
