My wife and daughter love this place. My daughter recently bought some leather furniture there.
I just left from getting a pick up order from here, and the small pale guy with black spiky hair that attended me was super unfriendly. Definitely felt judged walking in there
Fresno location management is very rood. I don’t know the reason why they act this way. I won’t be surprised if this location will be closed. The manager of the store nor the staff have no knowledge on returning procedures of online orders store pick up. I went through huge amount of stress returning my items. Still waiting for refund.
The design service doesn’t have any education in design, they don’t have any ideas how to.
I am not going to support that store anymore.
I love PB products and will order it online only with home delivery and if I need to return it I’ll just ship it back myself.
Will avoid this location at all costs.
