Pottery Barn Kids, San Diego CA

We went to this store yesterday. Everyone was super nice. The staff is amazing and quick to make you feel welcome. The place has everything you could want from your newborn room to you kids rooms. It even has amazing set up ideas that you could take home with you. The staff was super quick to help me and my husband. We were trying to figure out if our son was ready for a toddler bed. They helped us feel more re-assured about our decision. They even helped us order the items that they didn’t have in the store, and told us they will hold the items for us until we are ready to pick them up. This is a great place. If you’re thinking about going just to check out the store, go for it.

Terrible customer service at this location. Gave me wrong package dimensions when I called for a pick up order. I ended up renting a pick up truck only to find out that my items would have fit in my car. I probably spoke with 4 different people in the process and everyone had different take on the process for pick up. One associate told me I needed appointment, when I called later to make appointment other associate told me I don’t need it. Staff is very rude and condescending both on phone and in person. I love their kids furniture but won’t be ordering anymore.

I love this store, it’s clean and well set up. It’s a great place to go for design ideas. I gotta say I have never ordered anything large. The staff greeted me at the entrance and were friendly. I love browsing this store!
