The Vets & the rest of the staff at Poway Animal Hospital have always provided the most personable, knowledgeable, courteous & compassionate services to both myself & the other very important members of my family, my pets. I’ve been entrusting the care of my cats to them for the past 20 + years that I’ve lived in SD & will continue to do so as long as I live anywhere in the San Diego vicinity. I can’t sing their praises enough & would recommend Poway Animal Hospital to any of my friends & acquaintances.

First visit and so far happy with the office and staff. Saw Dr DelRosario who spent time answering my questions and was thorough.

My cat had teeth extracted. The team at Poway animal hospital was so great. I knew my girl was in good hands. Dr Smith is so sweet and caring and always compliments my girls. I got an update pic of my cat after she got out of surgery. The cost was reasonable and about what I expected. My cats and I are always well taken care of at poway animal hospital.

Drs. Smith and Shinzaki have been my Veterinarians for decades! Love them and their staff and the wonderful care they have always given to my doggies and my daughter's dogs. I moved and drive down from San Elijo Hills, that's how great they are. Update 7/17/23: Just saw Dr. Shinzaki with Ricky for an annual check-up. It was yet another great experience with my little guy! Can't recommend enough.

I was worried that my cat had some teeth that needed removal. Dr. Smith looked at him, and relieved my anxiety and reassured me that my cat is fine. I really appreciate Dr. Smith's care of my pets.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the doctors are knowledgeable and take time with you. After having blood work done on my dog. I emailed to ask them to send me results for my records, and they did it within a couple hours. Great customer service. The four stars is only because some of their services were quite expensive (spaying).

We've been going to Poway Animal Hospital for 25 years, so obviously we respect and trust the veterinarians there. The entire staff works hard to make our pets, and us comfortable.

Excellent professionalism and service. Dr Smith is awesome. Always friendly, knowledgeable, and treats my cattle dog like my child. I feel a great level of respect for the hospital and staff. I never have a problem getting an appointment. It is clean and so nice inside.
