Lot is uninspiring, but staff seem knowledgeable, helpful, & had truck available; however, they didn't open until 9: 00 am. Which really put a crimp in our day.

It was some of the best customer service I've ever had at a U-haul truck rental center. The man behind the counter was able to multitask and get everyone what they needed without leaving anyone waiting for long.
