David Macias came and did a fantastic job on a leak I had in my home. Great guy, really responsive, and everybody at the office was easy to talk to. Dave came out right away, was super helpful, friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to get the job done. I'll totally be coming back to these guys in the future.

A lad that goes by the name Mr. David help install my new sink and teaching us the ins and outs of good long lasting sink brands that'll help us save money in our pockets.

I had a pipe burst last Sunday morning around 9AM; a few years back I purchased a water heater from Power Pro, They work on weekends. I called them quickly and had a service man Gilbert Escutia arrive within an hour. He saw the problem, cut new pipe and re-welded fixed the leak. Great work, expert attitude, he described the task and had answers for all my questions. Will definitely use Power Pro again, hope to get back Gilbert!

On time and knowledgeable. Provided me options on addressing my old furnace.now I will price shop.

Tony came out and assisted me with my AC drain leak! He was very professional and highly thorough and very knowledgeable. He made me feel very very comfortable with the issue once he explained it to at length. Terrible company. They over charge you for a simple job. The damage gets bigger when they start doing their estimate. The manager is a total m@r@n. Unprofessional plumbers. Believe me choose another company. I will not recommend this company. Thanks

Representative from company didn't solve my problem! Continued to upsell throughout his process. Told me where he thought the problem was. But I had already cleaned that area! Paid for the service and the next day called a local plumber who used a camera, solved the problem with a guaranty that if he did solved the problem, there was no charge! Needless to say my problem was solved! I do not recommend this company!

Alvin ramos was very professional. He came out to my house and within 5 minutes he was able to figure out my plumbing issues! A very skilled worker with my highest regards!

One of the greatest plumbing in the world! Emiliano Gutierrez is one of the nicest plumbers and he goes into details. Hes pushing. I’m 20 years old and he made my day great by fixing my plumbing which made my mom quit yelling at me to fix it.

Emiliano was courteous and efficient while unclogging my garbage disposal drain. Explained everything he was doing nicely.

Eddie came out and was absolutely great. Super professional and honest and helped us out in a tight spot. Was on time and walked us through everything that was going on. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family and would use their services again. Got Eddie Rodriguez's card saved for any future issues that may come up, he was excellent.

Joe Ochoa was very courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. So far so good. My install appointment is in a couple of days.

After reading the reviews here, I thought I selected the right company.apparently not. Called early am to schedule an appointment. Was assured that wasn't a problem and appointment set early. A bit later, received call to push appointment out later in the day. Later in the day, received call that appointment not available for a couple days. Seven hours wasted waiting. Word of advice: it's better to under-promise and then over-perform.

Eddie was great. He fixed our faucet right away and was helpful in explaining the issues. He stayed to make sure everything was working properly as well. Thumbs up!

The technician 'Emiliano' was professional, respected my house by putting on shoe covers, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and resolved it efficiently as well as offering me practical advice to help me avoid future issues. Based on my experience I can definitely recommend the company, at least if all of the technicians are similar. I also would like to commend their dispatchers who kept me updated as far the estimated time of arrival. They weren't able to meet the original time but they did keep me updated throughout the day which I appreciate so much because it shows they value my time and didn't leave me wondering what was going on. They understand that sometimes as a customer all you need is communication and a reasonable customer will understand that things happen.

Company does not require employees to be vaccinated. Could not use company because plumber kindly admitted he was not vaccinated.

They are very good at what they do, not too alarming, they had all the gear they needed, i didn't ask for the job to be done becuase i have AC issues and interests, but the first step, getting quotes was a pleasure.
