Power Yoga Palm Springs

PYPS is the best studio in Palm Springs! Look no further. I took an incredible Hot Yoga class with the lovely Ashley Tiedeman. PYPS is an extremely clean studio, has such a friendly atmosphere, and the most high quality heat lamps/air purifiers!

It was my first time at the studio. I dropped into a Saturday morning class and was treated to an amazing practice. I felt great afterwards. The instructor was easy going, attentive and made yoga approachable (as I am fairly a new yogi). I really appreciated the whole experience. I intend to come back. Thank you.

Katie came and let Yoga for our bachelorette party! She was so kind and helped modify poses for one of our girls who was pregnant. Great class!

Carl welcomed me back, asked how my body was feeling, advised me on how to protect my shoulder which was sore, and conducted a class that was both gentle and challenging.

Power Yoga PS was perfect for our ladies weekend! First, we had a 1hr yoga session at our Airbnb, which was a peaceful, full-body stretch, complete w soothing music and essential oils. What a great way for start the day. Next, all 8 ladies had massages, 2 at a time, outside, slight breeze, birds chirping. Laurel and Christy were on time, professional, very strong, listened to needs/wants, relaxing and therapeutic. Power Yoga is definitely worth booking! Thanks!

It was a great experience for my bachelorette party! One participant was pregnant and there were a variety of body sizes and yoga experience levels and Tatiana accommodated everyone. We got a workout and a beautiful, relaxing sound bath at the end of the session. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in a custom yoga experience!

Kim and her staff are wonderful. Friendly, organized, generous. We loved the Full Moon Meditation, Yoga, and Soundbath.

Wow, what a wonderful experience! I took part in a candlelight yin yoga orchestrated by Nicole Cuhney, and I felt so great in there. I experimented with different postures and techniques. I left there feeling really healthy in my mind, body, and spirit.

Gorgeous studio in such a great location. All the instructors are kind, warm, and knowledgeable and the studio offers a wide range of styles—including Rocket and Hot Fusion. This is one of the best studios I’ve been to on my travels!

What a great workout and relaxing experience! We loved katie and were so thankful she came to us to make my sister’s bachelorette party extra special.

The ladies of Power Yoga Palm Springs are incredible. We recently did a yoga session, sound bath and 30 minute massages for our group at the Airbnb we were renting. The entire experience was phenomenal and perfect for our girls weekend. It was also very easy to coordinate. Katie, Laurel and Cristy were all fantastic. Highly recommend.

Sigi was very welcoming and lead us in a great slow flow then delighted our souls with a sound bath. The space was lovely too.

Don't arrive late for yoga class. If you do, you’ll be locked out.
Don’t expect your phone calls returned regarding any questions you have. They need to delete and/or update their contact info.

Samantha is adorable, calming and knowledgeable! Thoroughly enjoyed my yoga and facial yoga experience.

Great location and space and the instructor was sweet and lovely. The music was perfect to flow to as well. I will definitely return.
