Love this Gym. The owner Ian is super cool. Perfect atmosphere to get in a full body workout.

It is with great disappointment that I must write this review of the gym in question. My son and I joined over two and a half years ago at a rate of $20 per month, only to later be hit with an unexpected $10 fee. When we attempted to cancel our membership, we were told to submit a 30-day notice to a company in Connecticut, which we did six months ago. However, Twin Oaks claims that they never received it. The customer service at this gym is simply unacceptable, as I have repeatedly tried to resolve this issue but have only received the same automated response: "Please call and leave a voicemail, and someone will return your call. " It is a shame that such a nice gym has such questionable billing practices. I would caution others to be wary of this establishment

The membership cancellation situation is a nightmare. It's taken me months to try to escape monthly payments. My best advice for navigating the trouble is to never get involved in the first place.

Love this spot, it's small, cramped, not everything you could imagine but if you want to workout and just do you. This spot has your back. A great owner and it's really never packed. The only negative is a serious lack of woman lol

They make it impossible to cancel. You go in to do it and they can't help you. First you couldn't cancel over the phone now you have to call leave a voicemail with your number then they call you back weeks later then they charge for another month. Very bad way to do business.

Great gym but hate the wanna be instagram stars video recording there workouts and getting other people in there footage so annoying

Hands down this is the best gym I've ever been to - and I'm somewhat of a gym rat.

It literally has every piece of equipment that you can imagine - old school, new school, custom machines. They're amazing.

It isn't too busy most of the time, whioch is great if you're trying to get a quick workout in or supersets. Not much down time between sets.

It has has good people in it - there's some serious gym goers that go here, along with a few casuals. But all of them super friendly.

Cleanest gym i have ever been in. No waiting for machines. Fantastic location. Friendly staff. Best all around gym in the IE.

Small and home like gym, the owner is a real cool stand up guy who clearly has been passionate about working put his entire life. Many guest here are cool enough to help you out and not judge your character.

This was the only gym open during the lockdown hence why I joined however word spread and it became packed quickly so I stopped going. They actually advertised no masks calling them face diapers before there was even a vaccine. I wanted to cancel but the owner told me I couldn't until 12 months, when I returned months later another employee told me i could have canceled at 10 months and to come back during the week to cancel.when I came back the owner told me I would have to write a letter and he would send it to the "company" to have it cancelled.it's kind of strange and sketchy but I should have known better.

One of the last old school gyms around. Some heavy hitters have trained here and will continue to because of the great equipment and good ol fashioned IRON! Friendly staff and folks of all fitness levels at any given time. Luv this place.
