PPQ Dungeness Island - San Francisco

Succulent crabs to die for, not oily, flesh is sweet, juicy and tender. Super friendly staff. Garlic noodle to accompany is a must! Will be back!

This place is one of those not super well known SF gems - everything is so friggin good. Prepare to dig in and get dirty, I recommend getting their prefix dinners to get a taste of everything because it’s allllll good. The garlic noodles are crack and I really enjoyed the papaya salad. The roasted garlic crab is my personal favorite of the crab choices but you really can’t go wrong with any of them!

Food was excellent always try my best to visit when I’m visiting San Francisco, reason for the 4 star I wasn’t informed there was no refills on beverages besides water but no other complaints

Got the crab dinner for 2 and it was marvelous. The house sauce and the garlic noodles are fantastic.

One if the best and most satisfying crab meals that I ever had. Curry crab is absolutely divine.

Crabs are delicious! Fried banana is to die for.
Wine list is pretty awesome, it was an incredible experience.

This is my FIRST time writing a review, and I have to say that this is the worst service I have ever had. The food is OK, but we got the wrong dish. Our request to have the correct dish was refused. And we cannot choose the tip rate, it is just enforced. Will NEVER come back to this ridiculous place.

The crab tasted like it wasn’t cleaned properly. The garlic noodles were a bit doughy but very good. I wouldn’t rush back.

Food was good but not great as some people say. Service was kind and we were the last customer and never felt rushed. The older man who acted like the owner was very attentive of our needs as well as our sweet waitress. There are tanks that you can see the Dungeness crab alive and you can taste the freshness. It was a far uber ride from downtown but not too bad. The chicken salad was ok, the dessert is just ok, garlic noodles were good but the freshness of the Dungeness crab was the star and what you are truly paying for.

Dungeness crabs were very fresh. Cajun sauce was deliciously flavorful and fragrant. Highly recommend getting crabs from here

Enjoyed this place overall! Although be prepared to pay the price for the crab, it isn’t cheap.haven’t tried thanh long yet so can’t compare.garlic noodles: near perfect garlic noodles.large portions, extra garlicky and tasty

If you like crab, this place worth to try the way that they cook. Garlic Better noodles are yummy and filling. Their salad, spring roll are tasty. My favourite is the steam fish, juicy, fresh and melt in your mouth. Definitely next time when I come back to SF, definitely will come back and order whole crab for myself?

My favorite dungenesss crab restaurant. Have been here tons of times since 2015 and never get disappointed.
