I moved into my house last summer and never had a problem with my AC unit. This summer, it started acting up and it would randomly stop working. I have had these guys come out and take a look at it 4 times, and they have not been able to come up with a diagnosis. Only ONE of the techs was super helpful and seemed to genuinely care, really going out of his way to help. He at least was able to figure out that the system was freezing. It's amazing how several of the technicians have come out an just told me "we ran all the tests and it works fine". Obviously it's not. Completely incompetent and the last time I called I told them it was over 90 degrees in my house and they just said "no one is available to come out tonight". Complete disregard for someone's health or the concerns of sleeping in this kind of heat.

Great service! I felt like they weren't taking advantage of me and was trying to save me money while also fixing the problem. Came out the same day and followed up later. Super friendly plumbers and office staff! Highly recommend!

Thanks for the quick response! AC unit stopped working at my 95 year old moms house on a 100 plus degree day, called PR Plumbing and they had someone out there in less than one hour.
The technician called to confirm the appointment and called after the repair to update me on what he found, and after talking with him I felt like I was getting an honest update.

Prompt service and professional. They came out next day to repair my AC fan motor in 105 degree heat. The technician (Richard) diagnosed and repaired within 2 hours. I will promote PR Heating and AC to all my insurance clients and friends. 5 stars!

The work crew arrived within the expected window of time, were helpful in asking questions and providing information. Then getting to work and completing the job in a timely manner.

The technician Richard who came out to service the unit, was very knowledgeable, professional, cheerful and respectful.
He checked up the A/C system thoroughly and made sure it was performing properly before leaving the house.
He also educated me about the tips to follow to get the best/peak performance from the cooling system and save energy.

Ken, was great really appreciate the service n the young man who inspected the water lines explained clearly what he was looking for n was honest about the work he did. He could’ve said “ you need repairs”, I wouldn’t have know the difference but he didn’t. I really appreciate that will use this business for all future needs

Tyler attempted to get my pilot ignighter to work and replaced the ignighter assembly, but was only able to light the water heater manually. I was still charged $326.

I called yesterday and needed a quote for a hot water heater replacement right away. I was not only given an amount which they stated which might be more if needed, but explained it covered the permit and hauling off the old tank. Another popular company quoted me a cheaper price but no explanation. I called that company back to see if it included the permit, "no", which made me cautious of other "add-ons". When Ken from P R showed up today and the price did not increase, I went with them instead because of their integrity and he did a great job!

Very fast doing the repairs, couldn’t believe how quick it was fixed. Even gave us a back-up plan in case we kept having an issue. I was also in a meeting for work and he was even mindful of that! Overall, had a great experience!

Very professional employees, gave clean and concise options while treating us very kindly. We will definitely use them for our plumbing needs in the future and I would recommend them very highly.
