I contacted Chris on a Monday afternoon after getting an estimate from another company to replace my furnace. I was leaving for a Thanksgiving trip the next morning. Chris came over that afternoon and had an estimate prepared that evening. His estimate for a 2 stage variable speed was over $3,600.00 less than the first company. I ordered the furnace that night. Chris had it installed the first day I was home. The installers were great. I highly recommend Precision Air Solutions.

We replaced our 35 year old heating system and added central air to our home this last week and had some repair work done on some duct work that had never worked quite right. We had always considered adding AC to the house and decided to do it all at the same time. We found Precision Air Solutions using Google and engaged them for the work. We are very glad we did. They did a fabulous job. Chris and his team were very easy to do business with and kept us informed about each step of the process. We are very, very pleased with the outcome.

Chris sent out a four-man team, and was able to get a complete HVAC system removal and replacement done in a single day. The removal of the old system was especially challenging, because it was installed in the attic while the house was being built twenty-some years ago, before that area was closed in. Working in 100-plus-degree temperatures in the attic, the crew disassembled the old unit, modified the attic access to make room, and got the thing down in pieces. They then got the new unit into that hot and cramped space, and fit it all together. While this was taking place, part of the crew was working outside, placing the new compressor on a pad, and very neatly running lines from a new wall penetration in the attic down to the compressor…Cool air flowing before the day was over! Special thanks to Chris for accommodating us when we asked for a major change to the job after equipment had already been ordered; he did what we requested without a bit of push-back! I just can’t find the words to say how glad we are to have found and chosen Chris!
