Chris at the front desk got my car in and out quickly. The technician GD did a great job. I am so happy driving my SUV on the highway without any alignment issues.

I’ve been here 3 times for alignments. Twice for my Chevy 2500HD and most recently for my 2005 Scion xB. Prices are more than fair and my vehicles drive straight as an arrow after leaving his shop. To align my Scion, the big brands wanted to charge me what Chris charges for my lifted 2500HD! If you need an alignment go here.

You quoted me $240 for a rotator job that I agreed to. At pick up, your boss/owner was going to charge me $480 because YOU had made a mistake! When i objected, he threatened to remove the new rotors to which I agreed. Then YOU came and tried to meet me in between at $330! I stood firm. You angrily threw your calculator on the floor and saw the shock on my face and said you were not mad at me but the calculator! You finally gave in and charged me the original $240.
Question: did you test drive the car AFTER repair? THE CAR STILL SHAKES APPLYING BRAKE AT exactly same SPEEDS!
Please don’t bother to correct ANYTHING. I have already found an honest mechanic who will rectify your mistake. Enjoy my $240!

I went in for an alignment and Chris explained how the truck could pull to one side and how to reduce it. They found it only a little out of alignment so they didn't charge me the full price.

Don’t expect to get greeted with a smile.the way they assisted me after waiting in line was saying “what’s up” I believe that’s the owner.all of that aside they do great work and make sure they do it right before you take your truck! They took extra time on my truck and gave me a fair price definitely go back here! Regardless of the bedside manner!

Second time here for a wheel alignment. First time was great. But this time, whoever the mechanic was who worked on my vehicle stripped 6 of my wheel spacer studs! I ALWAYS hand turn my lug nuts at least 8 - 10 turns onto the studs before using my cordless ratchet and torque wrench. I found out 2 days after I went there because I wanted to retorque my wheel spacers. I had a hard time taking those 6 lug nuts off. And trying to put them back on didn't happen. I had to use a die and a thread file to right this wrong. I'm pretty sure the mechanic didn't hand turn the lugs first. He just put them on using the air ratchet. ALSO, when driving home from the shop I heard a slight intermittent scratching/squeeling coming from the right side of the vehicle. I found out when I had to remove my front passenger tire to retorque my wheel spacers that the lug nuts were NOT torqued down. I barely used any strength to remove the lug nuts. Sure enough, after putting the tire back after retorquing my wheel spacers and torquing the lug nuts down. Drove around the block with no more noise.
I like this shop and the people are good but it only took one bad mechanic who worked on my vehicle to ruin my experience with this place. I am Hesitant to go back here for my wheel alignment needs and I hope nobody gets the mechanic that worked on my vehicle.

After 30 years of trusting my cars (1969 Camaro, Honda Pilot, and Mercury Montego) to Precision Alignment and Brake, I thought I should write a review. Scott and his team are top-notch mechanics and technicians. Their knowledge of what it takes to keep both classic and modern cars rolling down the road safe and true to the road is encyclopedic. Scott has always been spot-on in diagnosing suspension issues, been patient in answering questions, and has made all the necessary repairs (brakes, alignment, shocks, etc) without any problems recurring thereafter. Brand parts used for my repairs have been true to spec, and his pricing is very fair. Lastly, Scott and his team really love what they do, and what they do shows up in the quality of their work. No need to look elsewhere for an alignment and brake shop. Go to Precision Alignment and Brake.

These guys have been taking care of my cars and rvs for decades. They know their stuff. Always far. Always reasonable prices.

Guy behind the counter was rude. Insinuated that I was a bad driver when I asked if they warranted their allignment jobs. The old guy in the back scratched my KING suspension top hats when he made adjustments to the coilovers. If you don't have the right tool don't do the job! I would have taken it somewhere else! Charged me a bunch of money and the truck still pulls to the right. Bad business.

Got my 56 year old Fairlane repaired quickly and professionally.
Good clean work at a fair price.
My car has never driven this smooth or straight. So pleased I brought in my lifted truck to be aligned the next day with similar results.
