I have been taking my Acura 2002 TL-S to Precision for years. I love this car and love the TLC I've grown to expect from Precision. I also love that they never talk down to me (being of the female persuasion), explain everything completely, especially if it's a large ticket repair.

I have been taking my MDX to Precision for quite a few years and have always been provided Excellent and Consistent service.

I work as a technician at this shop. When I first started I thought I was a pretty good tech upon starting I soon came to realise that I was a hack in comparison to the professionalism of the shop. I definitely had to step it up a lot to meet their quality of work. We do 98% of work in house that is how we save our customer their money. Precision Auto Repair has been the best car service provider I have ever had the pleasure of taking care of my car. The staff is always helpful, thorough, and super friendly. They are always more than accommodating and have been especially so when I've been in a pinch. They have not only been fantastic for helping me keep my Honda in top shape, I think they are also a huge asset to the Pleasanton community.

Should have gone to another repair shop. Costs are too high. Could have had the same work done for half the cost.

Helpful, honest and friendly. I needed some big repairs done on my Camry and they helped me prioritize what was most important to do right away so I wouldn't break the bank all at once. I will continue to bring all my vehicles here.

When I saw oil on my garage floor, I brought my Toyota to Precision. It turned out that the place that gave me a cheap oil change (mailed me a coupon) did not put a washer around the oil drain plug. Precision pointed out the drip around the oil drain plug and did not charge me for having the car on the lift. I took it back to the oil change place to have them put the washer on. Thank you to Tyler at Precision for helping me out!

These guys are impressive. I basically offered to pay 2 grand for suspension work - I'm not the smartest - and Kevin and the guys fixed me up including allignment for $400. Also, they gave me a loaner. Amazing service and a great value. I highly recommend

Great service at a very good price. I would recommend them to anyone. My 1995 Honda Accord is still running great after 248,000 miles.

Simply a brilliant gem in a quarry of dirty coal. Fantastic service, great prices. They explain things and treat you like a human and a valued customer. Precision staff always provide excellent, professional service keeping my 15 year old CRV in wonderful condition. I like their up-front statement of cost of service and their unerring ability to complete service on time as planned.
