Avoid this place at all costs! Car mechanic here and use car shops occasionally when I’m too busy. They tried to squeeze me for 200$+. Very dishonest people and will try squeeze you for everything! Find a different shop in your area!

Very prompt professional work, always greeted with a awesome smile, and the price for work rendered was quite fair.

Polite and prompt. Only delay was trying to find the vague noise I reported. I saved money because my car did not require the expensive repair that I feared. Whew!

They did a real good job and they took their time make sure it’s right and fix things I didn’t know about that’s why I’m going back to them when I need more work on my car because they take pictures and they show you the problem I’ll place it on you do that but I will definitely use them again

They are trustworthy in every sense of the word, and that’s been difficult to come by in some of my past dealings with auto shops. Beware of these scammers. You’re better off going to the dealer with the prices they charge here. I went in for a diagnostic and was charged 400$. The worst part is they tried charging me 5000$ for a simple fix of replacing an air filter and cleaning the dpf. But turns out their diagnostic wasn’t even correct.

Everyone at Precision is helpful and treats you like a real human, not just another problem car. I really appreciate how they worked with me to get my car repaired in a timely manner. They’ve taken on mine and my partner’s car even to repair another mechanic’s bad work. Thank you!

I thought I had a misfire by the way my car was hesitating. They could have easily lied and told me it was something like the spark plugs or something with the ignition system/fuel system but they didn’t. They found out that it was my transmission and gave me a good deal on the inspection. I really appreciate their service and will definitely be back.

Very rude customer service. When My husband talked to him on the phone at that time he said it would be $79 for the inspection but he never clear that the price would come to $79 once you decide to do the service with us so altogether he charged us $158 for just a inspection… one more thing he doesn’t even have time to do the vehicle inspection in 2 days it will take about a week…. Be careful with these people they want to ripped you off.

Always great service. Front staff Scott and Jessica always polite, professional and listen to any concerns I have. I love that they offer pickup and always wash the car after service. I take all my vehicles there because they are reasonably priced, provide a detailed service check on car and never try to pressure or sell me anything. My cars run well and I recommend them 100%.
