Very professional and courteous service. Fixed a problem that turned out to be minor and didn’t charge me since the technician was already in my neighborhood. Very nice and unusual in this day and age.

Benny came out and helped me with my garage door. He was very professional, informational and a great help. Got the job done correctly and quickly. He is a great asset to Precision and I would highly recommend him to anyone else who needs garage door work done.

Carlos was awesome! Friendly, explained what the issues were and made appropriate recommendations. Then performed it all quickly and now my garage door works like new!

We received excellent service with Precision Door Service. The technician, Carlos Barragan, showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about the issues we were experiencing with our garage door. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and gave us an estimate for the repairs. He did quality work with efficiency and got it done very quickly. Another company that came out the day prior wanted to replace our whole garage door system for $750. With Precision Door Service, we received high quality service for our garage door repairs. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service for their garage door.

Update:
We had somebody else come out to fix our door. Precision wanted to replace the entire door for $2,000. Dan with victory garage door came out and got our door operating for $120 (all we needed in the first place) and he didn’t even need to replace any parts. It operates better than it ever has during our ownership now. Looks like we dodged a bullet.

We have called this company 5 times now trying to get more information on their financing and just to schedule them to start work. Every time we call the phone number listed here we get a dispatcher who tells us that they will contact their financing department and their door team and let them know to reach out to us. We went through this song and dance 5 times and still have not heard anything from anybody.

As a plumber, it’s pretty pathetic to me that a company would come out and bid a job and leave that money sitting on the table. We will take our business somewhere where we are valued and I hope you’ll do the same.

Also before someone responds saying “we never serviced someone under your name” it was my significant other Katren clock avenue Redlands.

Justin from Precision Garage Door was fantastic. He called to let me know his arrival time, which he was on time. He was very nice and as he did his inspection he explained everything he was looking at and why. He then explained what he was going to do and quoted a price.
