Alan Hy did an amazing job for our garage. With his expertise he was able to recommend the proper motor for our extremely heavy garage door. He was able to dial in the springs and made sure the door was balanced as well. The installation of the new motor was punctual and efficient.

Great experience! Called for service in the morning, and they came out the same day. Technician (Anthony) was courteous and professional. Anthony identified multiple problems, but he did not try to "upsell" us - for example, he said our motorized door opener was fine and did not need replacing. He gave us an itemized quote, explaining the charges for each item to be fixed, and gave us the option to do everything or just certain items. Work was completed quickly (less than 2 hours) and we were shown the results before paying.

My back up battery was at end of life and began the annoying slow beep. Jonathan was fantastic and replaced it in no time and also took the time to inspect the garage door, springs and tracks to ensure everything was in good working condition. He was very knowledgeable and professional. This is the second time I've used Precision and I will continue to use them in the future.

Armando was great. I explained the situation about my 93 year old father in law and that he was on a fixed income Armando fixed the garage door opener and now he doesn’t have to close the door and walk around to front door to get in his car, and yes he’s still driving.
