Paul Brinkman gave me a full rundown on the various issues with my garage door and gave me several options including a basic fix. Because of this, I will definitely consider Precision in the future for the full door replacement. He was also excellent with communication and timeliness. Great experience all around.

My garage door stopped working unexpectedly, and I had a technician at my house within hours of calling. The technician, Ian, gave my old opener a quick but thorough inspection, gave me some options on what to do, and pulled together a quote quickly. An hour or two later (I'm not sure exactly how long, but I was surprised that it was already done), he called me down to check it out, and everything looks and works great. My old opener was 8-10 years old, and the new opener is a huge improvement. Ian gave me several options to choose from, and it's nice to get some smart features as well as an additional security lock that I added (it increased the price, but it's nice to have some extra security, particularly with all of the garage break ins). Great experience and I would highly recommend them.

I recently had a new garage door motor installed by Precision Garage Door. The technician, Paul Brinkman, was courteous, explained what he was doing and finished the job in a few hours on the same day I called requesting a service call. He took the time to explain and demonstrate how all the features of the new garage door opener worked and answered all my questions. I’m very happy with new my garage door opener and would like to thank Paul Brinkman for doing a very good job!

Paul was knowledgeable and thorough. Our garage door recently started to occasionally get stuck when pulling up. He quickly identified the issue, gave a quote and explained in detail what needed to be done. Once we agreed on the fix, he implemented it within his original time estimate (actually a little faster) and even fixed another issue (our garage door always left a gap on the top panel). Overall, quite pleasant to deal with and very professional.

We had Paul Brinkman come out from Precision today to fix my garage door that kept bouncing back with no obvious cause. After a very thorough check through he determined the rollers were so worn they were creating enough vibration to intermittently make it think there was an obstruction. He walked me through all of the potential problem points and which were the most likely to be causing the main problems before I agreed to what we wanted worked on today. He also recommended the next major service should replace the opener and spring, which I agree are reaching their life span, but isn't what I had budgeted for today. He got right to work, finished the job promptly and made sure we ran it up and down several times since the problem wasn't easy to repeat in the first place. I appreciate the time taken to explain all the possible issues and maintenance tips. New rollers run the garage MUCH more smoothly. Hopefully I can go another year or two before having to do the big service, but I'll definitely have them back out to do the work! Thanks again!

We needed to have our garage door looked at immediately. Precision sent out garage technician Patrick Leahy a few hours later on a Saturday. Patrick assessed the viability of fixing the garage door. He gave us three options, 1. Leave it as is. 2. Fix the door or 3. Replace the door. We decided to do a temporary fix and review options for getting a new door. We appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and assistance in trying to figure out what to do with this garage door.
