Great experience with Precision Garage Doors and Gates. They kept me updated on the appointment and were on time. There was no upsale or pressure from Dakota, he was very professional and repaired the opener quickly, showing me the broken parts and making sure the door was secured before leaving. Very reasonable pricing. I'm glad I called them.
Jack and Dakota arrived and immediately diagnosed an issue with one of the senosors and had everything working smooth as silk again within 10 minutes. Precision is by far the BEST garage door & gate company in the Coachella Valley.

Dakota Carson worked on my door and he was wonderful. The company uses text and email to keep you updated to the status of your job. Dakota arrived promptly, knew exactly what to do to repair my door and fixed it quickly. He was polite and compassionate. I was so relieved to have it fixed.
