Great Technician Julian did a fantastic job fixing our garage door! He went above and beyond. He really helped us by checking our circuits and our garage door wheels. Thank you Julian for helping us out in Madera.
Called and got a quote for a spring repair on our garage door and was quoted $200-300. Tech comes out today and tells us it would be $375 because he doesn't have the general spring only upgraded. I advised the tech he could call his management team to get the $300 approved and have the work done or he could leave. He didn't even try to call and just left. I called and spoke with someone but no one in management available so a message was sent so they could "call" me back. We will see if they do that.
Service guy Marcos was very informative and professional. Finished in a timely manner. And did very well installing everything.

Marcos from precision door came out when he said he was gonna come out. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and offered many suggestions. I couldn’t be more pleased with my new garage door openers.

I hate this company. They called me and sent me emails and text messages and told me 2 different times they would be there to install my new garage door. And guess what? After the 3 different days and times came, they never should up. I had to call them wondering what was going on instead of them calling me of a delay. DONT WAIST YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. There slogan is Precision garage servdoes, a name you can trust. I DONT TRUST THEM AT ALL. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Stephani says ill call you right back Victor. That was an hour ago. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO I WOULD. And Jose, what a joke.
