I wrote a good review a few months ago but I am not sure it went through. I am very impressed with Precision door service especially at Simi Valley. I have had excellent service from the receptionists (Tim) to the techs (Chris/Evan). I have had 100% service. Chris was the first tech that came to my house and he was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help and get the job done, correctly. I especially want to commend Evan K for doing such an excellent job. He has come to my house a few times and has always done an impeccable job. He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. He answers all questions and is very helpful. Evan goes out of his way to help and goes above and beyond the call of duty. The garage door repairman was right on time and gave several options to meet any price range.
The repair work was quick and efficient. The young man was polite and transparent about the work to be done and the cost.

Giving it two stars as they were quick to come out, but boy they are expensive! They quoted me for spring repair, cable repair and lock replacement almost $1200. Got the same job done, with a locally referred to company, for almost a third of the price! I know who stays in my address book now!

Jessie O.was my technician. He called in advance, showed up within 20 minutes. He was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, gave me three options to fix it. I chose one I was comfortable with and fixed it within 2-3 hours. He moved all our garage stuff that was in his way on his own, moved it all back, and finished with an easy check out process. I would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Armando was here on time. He gave us a variety of options to fix our garage door that fit our budget. Once he began his work, he kept everything neat and tidy, cleaned up after himself and took the time to make sure I understood how my new garage door opener worked and how to install the myQ app on my phone to control the door and be able to view the camera. He did a wonderful job, was very friendly and completed the work quickly. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone needing repair.
